I ended up standing at the service counter for ten minutes (no other customers were waiting) as one employee talked on the phone and another went in and out. I wasn't mad, but I really wanted to get things started. There is literally another tire place next door, so I left and tried them: they greeted me immediately, got right to work, and sent me on my way. (Also, there was no bad TV blaring as there was in Porterfield/TD, so I could easily work as I waited.) Guess what? I have a new go-to tire place now.
