Caliber Collision has the worst customer service I've ever seen they say there going to keep you update on your car but when you call to see if it's ready they don't know or they gotta ask someone else then they will tell you they will call you back. so you wait 5 hours call back they put you on hold then hang up and when you call back they hang up.... still haven't herd anything on my car's status. the first date given to me that my car was going to be done on the 19th then it moved to the 23 and now it's moved to the 26. so you know that involves you calling your insurance to Extend your rental so you don't have to pay enterprise try to charge you for the extra days used. now my second time calling my insurance to get it Extended. Best car detailing I have ever experienced. Took my 2013 Toyota Sequoia in to be detailed and when I picked it up I felt like I was in a brand new car! I had left my cell phone in my car and the lady at the front desk called at work me to tell me she had it. Service was great. People were outstanding. By far the worst professionalism I've ever experienced in a business. My accident occurred before thanksgiving break. 3 holidays have passed and I still haven't received my car. What's even worse is that they tell us a specific day that the car would be ready for pickup than they call us just to extend the deadline. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

We have used Georgia Square Collision in Athens GA several times over the years. This time we took in our 2005 Nissan Murano for cleaning and detailing so my 18 year old daughter can drive it to college. When we picked it up later the same day the driver's seat was broken. My wife and daughter were in tears. I took the car back up to Georgia Square Collision and spoke with Manager James Deaton. The seat was not broken when we left it with them, and it was broken when we picked it up. James Deaton admitted that the breakage happened while it was in their possession, and that they were the causation of the breakage, but he still refused to fix it. He said the best he could do was to "put a block of wood under the seat to stabilize it." He even admitted, in his own words, that he was being "an a**." Mr. Deaton also admitted that he hadn't even talked to the members of his crew who had worked on the car. Later I found out that this repair at the Nissan dealership costs between $1700 - $2000. So I took the car in to be washed, and I end up with a $1700 - $2000 repair that Georgia Square Collision caused and refuses to pay for. How am I supposed to send my daughter away to school in a car with a driver's seat that is now broken? I am certainly not going to take Mr. Deaton's advice and prop it up with a piece of wood. This may be the absolute worst (and dangerous) instance of customer service that I have ever come across. Update: The conversation is accurate. I had the repair done on the seat the next day with another provider out of my own pocket. I have not accepted nor have been offered one cent of compensation for the damage to my vehicle done while in the possession of Georgia Square Collision. The situation was and continues to be mishandled by the manager and owner. Although we have been past customers on multiple occasions, this situation has been addressed so poorly that we will never return. read more

They treated my college daughter w zero respect and turned a 3 day job into a 10 day job that still required a return to trip to finish completely.Do not use them!!! I got in a minor collision that damaged my rear quarter panel and these guys really helped turn a stressful and inconvenient situation around. Every person I interacted with was extremely professional and personable. The owner, Brad, explained (with lots of friendly enthusiasm) what exactly was done in the procedure on my car and answered every question I had quite helpfully. Later, I had a couple more questions and emailed Georgia Square through their website. Brad personally answered my questions in a way that made me feel like he took the time to be thorough and valued my business. In short, customer service was wonderful and exceeded my every expectation. As for the fix, I'm not a car guy, but I did some pretty thorough before and after inspections, and everything seemed in order. Everything on the repaired side matched the undamaged side and the paint touch ups were indistinguishable from the original coat. The car was also very clean when I got it back. Their offices were also very comfortable and welcoming. Not at all like a typical car repair place (in a good way). I'd recommend them to a friend. read more

Georgia Square Collision and GEICO were nothing short of stellar as they turned a pretty cruddy situation into an overall great experience. My wife's vehicle was backed into in a parking lot while she was at work and, of course, the culprit didn't leave a note; just a nice, big crater in the passenger side front bumper, a bow in the fender and door, and a broken piece of trim. This incident happened on a Wednesday. I made a call to GEICO (who has an adjuster on-site at GSC) the next day and she had us in that afternoon to drop the vehicle off and even had a rental waiting for me when I got there. Joseph, the GEICO adjuster, looked over everything with the GSC rep and even pointed out some damage that I had not noticed. He clearly knew exactly what he was looking for, which is great. GEICO didn't short-cut anything, which was a big surprise as I dreaded having to work through insurance for the repair (this was a first for us). I received a call the next day and was told the car should be ready the following Wednesday. Awesome. No sweat. Now to see if it actually worked that way. Low and behold, we get a call from Scott at GSC on TUESDAY letting us know the vehicle was ready. Very surprised to hear back a day early and even more surprised to get there and see the quality of the work - ABSOLUTELY BETTER THAN NEW! And this was on a metallic gray/gunmetal colored vehicle which is already difficult to blend correctly. That said, they did it, did it right, and got it done ahead of schedule. EXCELLENT job and couldn't be happier with the work. And for GEICO, Joseph also worked on the diminished value part of the claim for us to see what we could get back for the depreciation of the car after the accident. He called a couple of days later to let us know that, after reviewing everything, he could cut us a check for $400. Great news since our deductible was $500. All in all, a great service experience all around with both parties. If you're considering doing business with either one, don't hesitate. Two HUGE thumbs up! read more

On my way back from Florida, a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. It was starting to splinter, so I knew I would need to get it replaced. I searched for "windshield replacements" online and found Georgia Square Collision... and I'm SO glad I did! I sent an email through GSC's website and heard back from them the next business day. I was given a reasonable estimate and made an appointment to have the work completed (I also had an oil change, a car wash, and new wiper blades installed). The work took exactly how long they said it would, and everything looked flawless... they even buffed out a scuff on my rear panel! Georgia Square Collision obviously cares about their customers. If I wasn't moving away, I would ABSOLUTELY bring my cars back to GSC! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Terrible experience ever!!! I have my car repaired there at the middle of December but I still haven't got my car back! I was really upset cause they keep postponing and I don't even know if they really worked on it. I literally call them everyday and they can always bring up with new problems delaying the time. When my car was first towed in, I was told the car would definitely be finished in a month, and I was really excited when I was informed that the car was almost finished. But for now, I don't even think I can have my car back till the end of this semester. read more

They have made zero attempts at contacting me or keeping me updated and have repeatedly not been able to provide me with information regarding my vehicle when I contact them. Do not come here!!!!!! They kept my car for four days for a simple two hour repair and told me to get a completely unnecessary rental that I thought I needed, so I paid for it out of pocket. I only found out later that I could have just waited on my vehicle when I looked at the total billable hours. They are impossible to contact and do not keep customers updated on where they are in the process. I am completely dissatisfied and will never come here again. read more
