Tommy is a gentleman - does business fair and square. Great work - not inexpensive but reasonable. Highly recommend.

Took very good care of us. Fast turnaround on repairs while other shops told us 2+weeks, we appreciate the hustle.

They didn't speak down to her but treated her respectfully. They actually ended up just buffing out the damaged paint areas on the spot and asked if that was sufficient- which it was. Rather than wasting money perfecting it, they gave her the more economical and quicker solution. Perfect in our book. Thank you!!

I arrived frustrated and felt raked over the coals by multiple places before arriving at Specialty Paint & Body. To say I wasn't in the mood to be haggled on on labor was an understatement, and I had already braced myself for another unpleasant experience. Chris and Nick were kind, patient, and spent a great deal of time looking at my vehicle with me. They didn't have a "salesy" tactic that we all dread when going to a body shop. I drive a 2016 Ford Fusion that I bought brand new. Unfortunately, a leak in my trunk caused my trunk and back seats to flood with water as it rained heavy the night before. Before agreeing to any work, they refereed me back to the Ford dealership to see if i could get the issue fixed under warranty. Chris and Nick were looking out for my interest and I appreciate that. I went to the Ford dealership hoping they could help, considering the issue isn't a result of an accident. My mileage was 36,020 on my odometer. Ford told me there is nothing they could do under warranty because I was over 36,000 miles. ONLY 20 miles over! They wanted to charge an egregious labor price so I left. I returned to Specialty Paint & Body after leaving Ford upset. While visiting Specialty Paint & Body and working with Chris and Nick, I was treated like a friend. We were able to quickly diagnose the leak and they were able to fix it. The attention to detail and customer service that I experienced was non-comparable to any body shop I have ever been to in the past. I will absolutely be coming back for all my body shop needs. Thank you Chris and Nick.

While I empathize, I don't feel it's fair to expect the customer to pay for a rental because of the company's staffing issues. Once I expressed this, my vehicle was magically ready the same day. I am now having issues 2 months after the repair and cannot get my service advisor to return my phone call.

Martin was extremely nice when I took the car in. When I picked the car up, my son who is the quality control person at a collision shop in Atlanta, looked it over for me. He notice trash in the paint and some patches of paint missing on the door frame. I took the car back and asked them to buff it out. I also asked them to fix the place on the door frame. They refused to fix the door frame stating that it wasn't part of the original accident. (Due to the trunk being unable to open after the accident, caliber had to shove everything from the trunk into the backseat once they opened it.) I asked to see pictures of the car before and after the repair, but they did not have that angle and my son said that it is possible it was done during the during the removal of the trunk stuff.) They did buff the car, but they did not do a very good job. My son says it looks like they only sanded it. There were swirls and trash still left in it. I took it by Toyota to have them look at the door and also at the truck and they said that they did a lousy job. There is compound stuff all over the door frame and the inside of the trunk. My son ended up taking it to his shop to repair the things they screwed up.I do not recommend this place at all. They did not do good job and it caused more problems than it was worth. If, God forbid, there is a next time, Toyota will definitely get the car.
