This is a new location, JR the manager- great guy, honest, knows how to route customers to technicians. Brakes done last week with help of JR, Num, Jack M , Sean ( Shawn)and got a good value and all MB parts lower than my previous techs nearby. This week, getting new ac compressor and flush/charge- big $$$ but JR hooked me up with best rates on parts and labor to help keep the total bill down. Sean and JR and another tech would do this work - several good techs here would be diving into this as getting into an engine compartment of a twin turbo S 550 is not easy. 3 hours! They did a great job in several hours and my air-conditioning is cold, brakes new- drives beautifully!!!! What a great job. Thanks Sean again. Thanks Jack and Hunter for joining the team and getting me in. Great location, great service. Highly recommend!!!!

Maybe I'm a lucky guy, but I often pick new service places or furniture, stores, etc. and I end up with great service and the value I expected. May because that I'm polite to the people that are going to be charging me and it helps to engage with those you are working with to feel better about your experience. I had to bring my sons car in which was neglected and needed new brakes rotors suspension or at least new, struts all around oil, change filters, etc. and I had a budget in mind on what it would cost. Mavis actually came below the number I expected, it's still not cheap, but Dusty worked me up Best he could and I dropped it off last night and it was ready today with a lot of work done to it and I was shocked! Not only did he come in on price and I was able to go get my car tonight and show my son how to drive it later, it drove fantastic. It felt like new again and I've got a good warranty on the work done for this low mileage, vintage Acura. I was surprised they were able to get all the specialty parts in today and onto the car and delivered to me at the price we talked about and the day earlier than I expected. I see the reviews that people really get upset with timing and workers but we've got to be patient for 2023 because it's hard to keep people to work, the ones that do are the best of the best and if you treat them right and expect some delays in today's world. It makes the whole experience of spending money on repairs more relaxing. my experience was great. I highly recommend them.

The prices here are more than reasonable and the staff are incredibly friendly. If you take a car here for an oil change they will take your car through the wash and then hand detail it inside and out at no charge. I cannot tell you what an excellent job these employees do both on the service end and in the hand detailing! every time they finish it's like my car is brand new again, and who doesn't love that! One of the best parts about their service is how quickly they take care of the work. I have never waited longer than an hour to an hour and a half on a busy day. Other days I have been in and out in 30 minutes. Compared to other service centers that is just incredible to me as I have waited several hours just for an oil change before at other locations. I'm so impressed with their service that I have recently set up a commercial account where our entire fleet of vehicles go there to be serviced and washed. I cannot say enough about how great this Auto Care center is. Give them a try and I promise you will not regret it!

For the latter, several people directed me to Joey Watkins, first for the required State Safety Inspection and then for a problem with my 2010 G-6 headlight. The staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. The work was done quickly and finished when they had indicated. The prices were reasonable and they did not press me for any services other than what I came in for. The icing on the cake for me was when two other customers, overhearing that I was new to the area, voluntarily came over to me to tell me how long they had been coming here and what I good decision I had made to bring my car here! Prior to stalling, the truck had been jerking, sputtering during acceleration, and losing power while driving. After evaluating the truck, I was told the spark plugs needed to be replaced. I approved the repair and paid $509.19. I was then told the truck was fixed. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving, the exact same issue happened again. The truck began sputtering and completely died near Friendship Road and I985, creating a dangerous situation in traffic and resulting in another emergency tow that cost me an additional $300. I returned the truck and explained that the issue was still occurring. However, because the truck happened to start for them during testing, I was told they could not replicate the problem and did not know what was wrong. I specifically asked about fuel system concerns because the symptoms felt fuel related, but no diagnosis was made beyond the spark plugs. At that point, I no longer trusted the truck to be safe to drive and took it directly across the street to Christian Brothers Automotive Buford for a second opinion. Shortly after arriving there, the truck stalled again while they were attempting to move it into the service bay. Because the failure occurred while connected to diagnostics, they were able to pull active fault codes indicating issues with the fuel pump and fuel pump control module. I ultimately authorized approximately $2,000 in repairs for the actual problem. In retrospect, the spark plug replacement appears to have been more of a guess at the problem than an actual diagnosis, especially considering the symptoms remained exactly the same immediately afterward and the real issue turned out to be fuel system related. To be fair, intermittent mechanical issues can be difficult to diagnose, and the staff was polite throughout the process. However, I am disappointed that I spent over $500 on repairs that did not address the issue at all, followed by another breakdown and tow immediately after being told the vehicle was fixed. Given the safety risk involved with a vehicle stalling in traffic, I expected a more thorough diagnostic process before being told the truck was repaired.

Here I am facing another 10k rebuild on something that was supposed to last me a long time based on their promises. It took ARD Motorsports over four months from June to November, with false promises, excuses, and me having to constantly call for updates, only to be given more excuses about magical pistons, engines, among other lame reasons as to why my car was taking so long to be fixed. Please save your money, and go with a trusted Viper shop that will offer a warranty, that will stand behind their products and support their customers. Even if you have to spend a little more, in the end, it will be worth every bit. Also, some advice that I will follow always and forever. Draft up a contract with expected milestones of the build, repair, and delivery timelines, ask them to provide you with lots of photos of their progress, the build and process, and ask them to return all your old parts, ask them for part numbers, and ask for detailed descriptions of the work, the goals, the expected outcome, and expectations. PUT IT IN WRITING. If they're not willing to put it in writing, move on. Stay away from this place.
