Across a few different tastings, they've tended to come out a bit charred and dry rather than fluffy and sweet. I think one side of the waffle always has been missing sauce. My daughter and I shared the smothered pork chops with mac and cheese and collard greens. It was so good I didn't even want to put hot sauce on it!! I stopped by with my daughter after going to the science museum, the place was a bit dingy, needs a remodel but there was plenty of places to sit down and the lady was nice.
