Not sure if under new management but we decided to take a stroll and see if any new changes. David was extremely nice and explain to us that they made improvements added more machine. And he was really nice, he helped rearrange some so our kids won some blind box prizes. Had a great experience. Thank you!

My son (pictured) has come home. Huge thanks to Madison for making our visit such a blast. She was super bubbly, patient with all my (probably too many) questions, and just made the whole experience extra fun. I'd come back again just for Madison LOL The blind box selection here is also amazing! My friends got a capybara snow globe and a mini Sanrio blind box. Can't wait to come back and try my luck again!

This claw machine place is in the pedestrian only section at Tustin District and the staff there was very accommodating. They were willing to rearrange the dolls so my 7yo niece can catch the doll and also they were willing to let her trade when she didn't catch the exact doll she wanted. They also have a lot of blind boxes for sale and the price was very reasonable! My niece was able to catch 3 keychain plushies for only 20 tokens ($10 worth)!

    Spent $20... got these two!

Fun and clean spot for claw machines at the District. Pretty decent selection but some of the games require 4 or more tokens (for $20 I got 40 tokens). Also they charge tax on tokens but good that they take credit card! Fast and friendly service and I managed to pick up a few cute items. They also sell some blind boxes as well!

One of my friends was feeling a bit down so I was looking for blind box to cheer her up and was fortunately having dinner nearby! The person working immediately greeted us and told us to let him know if we had questions. There was a lot of different options for blind boxes and claw machine finds. We actually found out that we could purchase the claw machine ones at a fixed price without playing the game, which is perfect if you aren't so good at them. I ended up paying $5 for this keychain along with my friend's gift and was very happy!

I think this arcade has some of the best plushies for the price. They have a lot of branded plushies (Sanrio, Mofusand, etc.) and I'm usually able to win something even if I get the cheapest option of $5 for 10 tokens. The workers are always quick to ask if you need help with anything. On my last visit, I got one of the prizes stuck over the plastic barrier and one of the workers opened it for me. I really like how this arcade allows you to trade for the prizes you want. They advise you to aim for whichever plushie is easiest because they'll let you trade for any of the other plushies in the same machine. A lot of claw machine arcades don't offer this option, so I thought this was great. Other than claw machines, they also have several different blind boxes. Some of the more popular blind boxes such as Sonny Angels or Smiskis are above retail price, but they also have other figures that are priced more reasonably. Overall, I enjoy this arcade and it's a convenient place to stop by if you're in the area!

At first I thought it was a store that sells merchs but its combination of both Blind box, plushies and Claw machines. I like how this place has all in one and such a cute small arcade for after dinner. Definitely worth more than Round 1 if you really love claw machines, their stuffs animals varies and with $20 you have 46 tokens. Notes: each machine requires minimum 2 token, for bigger/ popular plushies 3-4 tokens. You will win something ( at first we thought that it was too hard to get anything from here) . Eventually we won 4 plushies !!! Lol Based on other comments they also let you exchange? Guess it is similar to Chibi claw machines in SNA. Overall: friendly service and cute fun place to hangout if you are at Tustin district:)

This shop is located at the district. They have so many different cute claw games! Some payout takes way longer. Noticed we worked on a machine for a while and the claw was still weak. We saw many others try on the same machine and the claw was still the same weakness. We spent $20 and got 40 tokens plus 6 bonus extra. We won two mini mofusand keychains. They're super adorable. Took us a good amount of tries though. Each of the machines range from 2-6 coins to play. They also sell figurines. Overall, had a really fun time here!

Top Canvas was a cool find and I had so much fun here! I went for the claw machines but I spent so much time looking at all the blind boxes they had. They even have Sonny Angels that looked to be authentic. They were marked up, but were from collections that are currently unavailable on the Sonny Angel website. They also sell opened secrets. And apparently if you get lucky, they have Labubus too?! We spent $20 for 46 tokens, not necessarily even expecting to win anything but to just have a good time. I was really excited that in total, we got 3 mofusand plushies! They have the machines set up where it doesn't feel impossible to win. I've definitely spent more at Round 1 and walked away empty-handed. It's a really fun date/hangout spot!

Nintendo plushies! I love my yoshi

This is such a fun spot to bring anyone who loves blind boxes, claw machines, or general cute stuff! The claw machines are super fun, and the selection changes pretty often. They also seem pretty fair, I always win something when I buy $20 of tokens. The staff was also super helpful and even let us exchange our claw machine prize for a different item in the same machine that was harder to reach! They also have a large selection of blind boxes, even Maltese collections at a reasonable price, which can be hard to find. They also have Smiskis and sonny angels, though they are marked up a little bit.

    Tanya W.

I was really impressed with the selection of their blind boxes. They even had the Popmart Labubu series despite being super popular right now, so they were limiting purchases to one per person. The pricing for the claw machines was super fair, I paid about $10 for 10 coins which got me a decent amount of plays depending on the toy size. I would rate the win rate as more medium to hard difficulty. I was able to nab the Hangyodon which felt like a pretty decent deal! If the win rate were a bit higher I would have played more.

    The cutest mofusand plushies

I love Top Canvas! I solely go for the claw machines, but they also have a lot of fun items like blind boxes and plushies for sale. My review is solely based on the claw machines, which are hit or miss. Since quality of service varies, I'd say my rating is more at a 4.5 First, you need to purchase tokens and the games range from 2-4 tokens. The nicer, licensed prizes are usually 4 tokens and harder to win Of all the claw machine places I've been to, I think this is the only one that charges taxes on the tokens.. which I find really odd. I get that it's a store that sells products, but I don't think tokens should be taxed ‍ Depending on who's working, the staff can sometimes be super helpful. Reminder- you can ask the employees to help reset / reposition the plushies for you. Some employees are more helpful than others when trying to help you win the plushies that you're going for. You can also trade plushies with another item from the same machine. The claw machine difficulties varies. IMO the 2 token machines tend to be easier, but the prizes are usually random non-branded items that I'm not as interested in One of my favorite reasons to continue returning and trying my luck at Top Canvas are the high quality/licensed plushies. My favorites are Mofusand and Rilakkuma, which I think are worth the expense since they are actually licensed products from Japan. While you might not necessarily walk away with tons of plushies each visit, they're definitely better in quality and selection compared to other claw machine arcades in the area.

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to learn tufting for the first time!! For those new to tufting,…read moretufting is essentially a texture manufacturing process where you insert yarn into a base fabric to create rugs. The lesson first starts off with choosing a simple base design. Our instructor specifically recommended a design with simple lines and colors to make it easier for our first ever rug, which was around $70. Using a projector, you will trace your image onto the fabric as a template for the rest for your work. Before starting with tufting, we then moved onto a mini tutorial on the ins and outs of using a tufting gun, from yarn insertion to how to create straight versus curved lines. Keep in mind you have to put a lot of pressure on the canvas to ensure that your yarn is being threaded correctly. Going through several practice sessions definitely made the transition to the entire tufting process easier. Starting our rug, we soon recognized how difficult and time consuming the rug tufting process was. Even simple design like ours (a cartoon dog) was a long lengthy process than anticipated and we ended up spending 3-4 hours for completion for one of the smaller size rugs. We were recommended to start from the inside out and using one color at a time, inserting lines of yearn about a fingers width to ensure completion of our rug. Though we initially struggled with creating finer lines, we eventually got the hang of it and were able to successfully complete our rug. Our instructor transitioned us into the final process, teaching us how to trim our rug and prepare it to take home. Personally based on the instructor teaching and supplies available, this class was well worth its price point. Overall, I would say tufting is an impressive skill that I learned for the first time and hope to come again to create more designs!
