the place really does look better with the claw machines. Stopped to get some Cinnamaroll items for a birthday gift. They had lots to select from! But, be prepared to be followed the whole time you're in there. There was a dude attached at my hip every time I moved, probably to see if I stole something. I guess they've had problems in that area before? It felt like I couldn't take my time and look because the guy kept glaring. The young lady that helped me behind the counter was nice. this store used to be so fun to go to but tonight the staff severely disappointed me, i have never been treated with such blatant disrespect. first of all, the cashier was speaking to everyone with such a demeaning tone, someone walked under the rope and she immediately stopped them and told them not to do that even though there was NO ONE in line.. and they weren't bothering anyone by doing it. it seems like she's on a power trip and loves to get a kick out of correcting people. one of the other customers also noticed this and made a face when she spoke to her, what really disappointed me was that my friend purchased a blind box but was told she could only buy one, completely understand that however, i noticed when the cashier said no and told my friend id buy the other (separate transactions btw) the cashier rudely interrupted me and said "No it's one per group" to which U replied i would be purchasing separately, I asked if I had someone else come after us id they'd be able to purchase she said "No, the staff knows who you are and that you've already bought one.. so do the cameras" I was stunned. I just wanted the plushie and she literally made it seem impossible, even after i asked if i could have another party come to buy it!!! I had three blind boxes in my hand but after she treated me with such an attitude i put them all back. i understand certain rules, but we are paying customers and I asked if I could do it the correct way which she still said no to! well i will not be shopping here anymore, and I hope that cashier learns that her job selling overpriced blind boxes isn't that serious at all. read more

My friend and I stopped by to grab a gift for someone. We were the only two in the store for awhile until a bit after of being there. However, as we perused the store we could feel the eyes of the four workers follow our steps. 1 girl 3 guys. I ignored them and continued to look around. Occasionally I would glance up to meet their eyes and they'd look away. When I was holding a small carton it slipped from my hands, no biggie, its a carboard blind box nothing breakable inside. Yet two workers surrounded me watching me more intensely, one of them saying "uh oh." That was a weird reaction from them considering it was cardboard. I picked up the item and placed it back on the shelf no damage was inflicted on the item. Anyway my friend did make a purchase and even then the eyes of the workers followed like deers in headlights. Not a smile, warm goodbye, just cold, judging personalities. Not to mention the prices inside are scalper like, yikes! Definitely not a great mix for this store, I hope staff learns some customer service etiquette and makes pricing sensible. Good luck! read more

This place rocks! It has a wide selection from anime to collectibles. The prices aren't that bad compared to other places like this. The customer service was exceptional, they answered our many questions We went in the store 30 mins before closing and the worker, Axel, didn't seem to mind while other places would be pissed and give us attitude. Absolutely so annoyed with this location. We drove 30 minutes to get to this location. As we were walking to the door, at 10:18, we saw the door close and heard it lock. Within 5 seconds we were at the locked door and they wouldn't let us in. We tried asking the workers to let us in and they completely ignored us. The rude girl behind the counter made a face. What's the point of advertising that the location closes at 10:30 if you locked the door 12 minutes earlier? This isn't a restaurant, there's no reason to stop letting people in before the time of closing. We came knowing what we wanted. Won't be coming here again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I just by chance found this place one evening. I was super excited because I finally found a place that sold popmart items without the big crowds and lines. I told a friend about it and a few days later he drove more than an hour to visit the place. He got there when it opened and he found out they had a shipment of labubu pendants but they needed to process them and won't release them until 5pm. Since he drove all that way he stayed in the area. He told me about it, so I decided to go there too. When the time came the girl there assumed we were together and was really aggressive and wouldn't sell us each a box set. We were not even arguing with her, we were just trying to clarify what we were able to buy. I had to explain that I don't live with my friend and that we aren't even related. I felt bad for my friend who waited almost 5 hours and asked if he could at least get a box set and if I could at least get 2 single boxes. We were the only 2 customers there. She reluctantly agreed. One of his friends went the same day later and bought a box set with no issues from the girl. I returned maybe at least twice after that and bought non-labubu items. Then on another visit they had stock. This time a male worker helped me and I was able to purchase a large labubu doll and a pendant from him. The same girl was there and she made a comment saying didn't I already purchase one of the labubu call in wild recently. I thought she was just asking to make small talk and I told her no, the last thing I bought was 2 macaron labubu, which was the truth. I returned again a week later and bought 2 space molly and 2 yoga labubu. The same week I came back to visit and they had stock of macaron and have a seat. They had 2 separate signs for each set saying one single box per customer. I went up to the register where the same girl was and asked politely to clarify if I would be able to get one of each and she said no, just one total. I was fine with that. So I asked for a macaron. She then asked if I was there recently and bought something. I was confused and put on the spot and just said yes, not knowing what she really meant. She then said that I could only buy one labubu once a week and that i couldn't buy one. I asked her so you keep track of everyone coming in here? She said yes, which is false because she already made a mistake last time saying i bought something when i had not. I was so confused and was not there to argue over a toy so I walked out. As I walked to my car I thought wait a minute, I didn't buy a labubu pendant this week. So I walked back in and told her I bought space molly and labubu yoga (which was not a limited item when I bought it. It was on the shelves with all the other popmart items). She said that purchase counted and I still have to wait a week. I get that they are trying to conserve items to give people a chance, but there was no sign or announcement of this once a week rule. I am not a re-seller trying to hoard to sell. What really turns me off is that I felt like this girl was making up new rules everytime I went there. I felt targeted and unwanted as a returning customer. I spent over $400 at this store. Maybe she had to deal with aggressive customers, but I am not one. My friend definitely is not returning and unfortunately I won't either. They mark up their labubu items so I might as well just buy from resellers online. I hope you all have a better experience. read more

Would love to leave a good review since I had a good previous experience. Unfortunately the lazy workers that want to close early, shaking their head when they're supposed to be open make it difficult. Don't know what's hard about scanning one blind box 15 min before close, but hopefully they adjust their hours to not give false info or hire less apathetic employees. read more

The store is just next to the movie theater and I saw a squishmellow I was planning to purchase after my movie . I entered the store and I had my leftover popcorn in a sealed bag and I saw the sign of "no food" . I had entered stores with same rule they had accepted while the food is packaged . The young lady was very obnoxious and I decided to walk out . It's ridiculous even though she saw it was sealed . I was not going to leave my child outside the store while I shop and taking a risk something might happen to my child . I decided not to buy anything or support this type of business. read more
