Disappointed with Customer Service - Wrong Size Sent, No Resolution…read more I ordered a dress from Dream Maker Bridal Collection also known as Dreammakerboutique on Instagram/Etsy expecting to receive the correct size I selected. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong size, and at first when I reached out for help, they refused to provide a replacement or any real solution. She stated that they triple checked, and had a video of the dress with the correct size shown in it. They sent a video and it didn't show the size in it. She continued to say they had one, but the warehouse was busy. Hours went by and she never sent anything. At first, I did not ask for a refund or an exchange. I just reached out to let them know of the mistake that had happened and that I would like to be sent the size that I ordered. We went back-and-forth for many hours not getting anywhere. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them says a lot. Instead of taking responsibility, their customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to fix their own error. Now I'm stuck with a dress my daughter can't wear and out of my hard-earned money. I would not recommend shopping here if you expect reliable service or any support if something goes wrong with your order. I regret my purchase and hope others don't have to go through the same frustrating experience.

We were informed that we could only try on one "courtesy" dress, which contradicted the information we had received when we called ahead. The lack of communication, customer service, and overall welcoming atmosphere left us feeling disappointed. All of the dresses came out super nice and none of the girls had any issues with their dresses (like straps breaking or pieces coming off) the night of the quince. My daughter loved her dress and was really happy with how it came out. Things to note: It's cash only The quinceanera dress will take a minimum of 6 months to come in once it's ordered. They communicate via text only when reaching out to request updates. I don't mind this, but others might. Our purchase came with earrings, necklace and the crown. All in all, it's a great store to check out when looking for a formal dress for events like a quince or a wedding.
