I've been wanting to visit this place since it opened! I finally, FINALLY MADE IT! This place is so amazing, so colorful and bright, there are giant cutouts of her dolls, and everywhere you look it's so beautiful. Stepping into her world, is so visually incredible and uplifting. This was the first time meeting her in person and seeing her gallery! I know I will becoming back many times! It's such an incredible experience, so much girl power emanating from this place, I highly recommend it, and I am happy to say I am one of her art collectors. :) It's awesome being able to see more items in person, like the Stranger leggings, the Stony items, lanyards, stickers, prints, everything!!! read more

Yesterday I got there at 430pm waited in line for over an hour to get treated like shit. I only took $40 to spend. My daughter seen a blouse she wanted that was $50. I had already purchased my cup and had only had $15 left. I've been following Sand for over a year and I was so excited when she decided to open up her gallery. My first visit to the gallery was for her Easter sale. The Easter special was baskets with double the price value in products ... I.E. "a $350 basket came with $700 in Sand Products" I arrived earlier to the gallery because I wanted to get the $350 basket that she only was going to make 6 of. Luckily my boyfriend was able to buy me my basket :) I met Sand, her mom and shipping lady lol They were all so sweet and nice. No words can describe how welcoming and comforting Sand really is in person. I loved seeing other collectors with their Sand gear! Obviously, the Easter Basket is a surprise and you can't pick what comes in it. My original basket came with in "Medium/ Large" ... at that moment I was 5 months pregnant and she was kind enough to exchange it for the XL for me. I had purchased a coffee mug from her back in 2018. It was in a box and was shown to me by her mom and put in a box right away. When I got home I opened the box and the mug had a coffee rim stain. Like coffee was left in the mug sitting there for a long time, and than the mug had been washed but had a dark coffee rim stain. I messaged this modified sewer creature on Instagram and she didn't reply. After that incident I realized how fake and unoriginal she is as an artist and as a person. She's an artist but specifically a con artist. Don't waste your money on cheap stuff made in China that have stuff stamped on them. Her items are not worth what she sells them for. Do not order from them! Terrible terrible scamming people! I ordered an XL jacket. I was so excited to get it but received an XS.. Ok no problem, I contacted them and sent it back (on my dime because they wouldn't pay for the shipping back) but fine, I still really wanted the jacket. So then they ship me a tray... I thought oh how nice, they sent me a $20 tray to apologize for their mistake.. nope! They sent that to me instead of my $130 jacket! When I contacted them AGAIN, this time they were super rude and told me, "no we sent the jacket, not a tray".. I showed them a picture of the tray and they said ok send the tray back (again on my dime) and we'll send the jacket. I sent the tray back and basically never heard from them again. I've emailed a bunch of times but they wouldn't reply. They finally replied about a year later (few months ago) and said they don't have the jacket anymore but will not give a refund and instead a credit for something else on their site (all they had at the time on their site were these weird body suits and for someone who wants an XL jacket, a body suit isn't going to happen). I didn't want something else, I wanted what I ordered and if they replied at a reasonable time instead of a year later then I would have gotten it. The bank won't give back the money because it's been too long. I also never got the "credit" they promised. At this point I'm over it and just taking the $140 loss (throwing in the shipping back charges) but I don't want anyone else to get scammed by this terrible "business". Do yourself a huge favor and find someone else to buy from. The first wrong size jacket wasn't even good quality.. it was one of those workout jackets that snag extremely easily. And the tray came pretty scratched up.. just not good quality for the prices they are asking. Also, don't trust the reviews on their Instagram because they delete any bad ones. I purchased so much from sand and every time I'd say I was disappointed because the quality is so cheap!!!!!!! The final thing I was going to purchase was the smooth hustler tumbler. I ordered April 26th and she said she'd send them the end of may/beginning of June. Now she post on ig that they'd be shipped the end of July. I requested a refund via dm, and received no response. I wrote her on email, no response. I wrote a comment on Instagram and it was removed in 2-3 days because I was askin for a refund!!!!! And now after getting the bank involved she sends and email saying she is going to refund $70!!!! When my purchase was $83. I didn't receive the purchase, nothing was shipped so why am I not getting my refund back! Sand is so damn unprofessional and customer service sucks. I spent more money then I ever should have.
