Want to buy a car from people who will look you in the eye later? Check them out here. I especially liked the no haggle approach, and the quality of cars they had on the lot. They're not over priced, not under priced, just fair priced. There are special touches such as going off the lot with brand new tires from Les Schwab (and not the bottom rung either) that Paul put on before he felt comfortable selling the vehicle. The vehicles were clean, the lot was well cared for, and I got what I wanted, not handed off to the "finance manager" for the door polish plan. They do have a company they offer warranties through, but there was zero pressure to the offer. The next time I or my wife are looking for a quality used car, they'll be our first call. Honestly, I'll even wait if they don't have what I want in stock. Genuinely good human beings, and an excellent experience.

I spoke with Sami, and informed him that I will be there the next day at 11 am. By the time I got there, the lot was locked and I can't find a single person. I called him immediately, and he said that he can't come due to some kind of zoom meeting. So I guess he's not interested in showing me or selling his cars. If you cannot even be there due to an emergency, I think it's fair to say that you should inform your customer or let them know in advance. Essentially he wasted our time to drive all the way out there for nothing. Not to mentioning all his cars are way over priced...

I don't often enough, take the time to write positive reviews unless I've been completely blown away... this is one of those times where I've been completely blown away. I spent a great deal of time researching my used car purchase. I was prepared to drive as far as 3 hours away to get the right car at the right price. Like many people, I loathe the car buying process mostly due to the song and dance you usually have to deal with at the dealership. Even the places who advertise "no haggle buying" still make you run the gauntlet of sales pitches for car add-ons like undercoating, car security systems, higher lending rates they tell you qualify for, low-balling your trade-in, ect. After spotting a perfect car at a really competitive price on line at this place, I stopped in to see it. To "prepare for battle" at the dealership, I got approved for an auto loan at my Credit Union, and was firmly prepared to tell them I was going to sell my old car on Craigslist. Sami (the owner) greeted me and immediately took a mellow, no pressure approach. He asked me a couple of questions about why this car, and then gave me the keys to go on a test drive. The car was everything I was looking for, and at a price below what I was willing to spend; no haggling. Sami treated the entire process like a business transaction, not a sales transaction. He is an excellent sales person, but not in a pushy "used car salesman" way. He simply walks you through the process, trying to make sure you've considered all aspects of buying the new car and selling the old car. He then offered me a price for my trade-in that was within what I was going to ask for in on Craigslist... no, hassles with getting it detailed, fixing the curb scratches on the wheels :/, no dealing with Craigslist shoppers. I could not be more pleased with this entire process. Even after the sale, when I needed an extra key ordered and some other little things, Sami & his staff were very willing to help... I know it seems suspicious to see every review for this place at 5 stars, but just go there and see why they deserve all the praise they get. I will be a customer there forever.

We were recommended to D and E by a long time Vancouver resident and friend who has had a lot of work done on her car. We've taken our cars to D and E 4 times and never had a bad experience. We have found the mechanics to be honest about what exactly needs to be done to our cars and we never have felt pressured or scared into having any work done that we did not feel needed to be done. The mechanics are upfront and honest with their estimates and what they feel is the best for the car. The prices are fair and most importantly they have great customer service. I also want to say that I appreciate a mechanic that will take a look at my car last minute when it was having problems and take the time to run a thorough diagnostic to figure out what was wrong with the car free of charge. The sellers had installed 2 new direct-to-consumer brand (Zokop) heat pumps with 4 heads (2 for each) in the home roughly 1 year ago (they are not providing records, but this is a reasonable estimate). After move-in, we noticed an error on the head unit in our son's room. Precision had previously repaired a broken AC at my small business 2 years ago. It was a good experience then, so I was excited to hire them again. They sent 2 technicians to our house, Edgar and Dylan, to service the units and diagnose. Long story short: Dylan broke the fan in one of the good units, which was maybe a year old (per Edgar's estimation based on some technical detail about Freon...you'd have to ask him) and previously working perfectly. He stuck a probe thermometer in the unit to check its efficiency and then caught the fan blade with it as he pulled it out. There was a CRUNCH and 3 bits of plastic fell out. He said "what was that?" and otherwise shrugged it off. No apology. No taking of responsibility, no solution or assessment offered. Completely unprofessional. I stayed calm, paid for their service, and got them out of my house. They assessed the issue with the other unit to be a Freon leak and quoted for repair. Shortly afterwards, I did a small amount of googling and concluded it was likely the fan. The following week, their office called to schedule the leak repair and I asked to speak to the service manager. His name is Wendell. He asked for a photo of the broken pieces (same one I'm posting here) as well as a photo of the label on the unit, which I also provided. He said he'd see what he could figure out. 1 week went by, I called back, he said he couldn't find anything about the unit or source parts, but if I find the part, they could install it. Not a good solution. I stayed calm and said I would think about it. Here's the thing, I'm also a repair-based contractor. Sometimes, I make a mistake and break something. We're all human, but our mistakes are our responsibility. I can't imagine breaking a customer's perfectly good thing and then just acting like, well, nothing I can do. Total BS. You can't find the part? Buy us a new unit. Too expensive? File an insurance claim. You came into my house, broke a new, working thing, and then left me high and dry. Completely unacceptable. Anyway, I thought about it, decided I don't want these clowns in my house again, and I don't want to keep asking them to act like adults with a sense of responsibility. I hired another company to fix the freon leak. They charged $100 more than what Precision quoted me but also did the assessment and repair the same day. That technician verified these pieces are from the "blower wheel," which is just another word for fan. I still have not resolved the issue with the fan Precision broke. They have a responsibility to make this right, but I'm sure it's on nobody's to do list. Maybe they read their reviews?
