The Laws are the best. They are very careful about what they sell to the public. Definitely a car dealer can trust.

Atlas Motors - Steering wheel missing grip/coating. Interior showing wear and tear

I'm the last guy who ever thought I'd buy a car off of 82nd, and I was skeptical. Very, very…read moreskeptical. My primary mode of travel began dying. It was a 2001 Honda. I wanted a Dodge Charger, but for various reasons, thought I'd never have one. Then I met Dominique and Davyd. Friendly, amenable and fun to deal with. Yes, I said fun. They gave me a huge trade in value on my car, and within an hour I was speeding down the highway. I got doable payments, a fair term, and the service was not at all what I expected. I was pleasantly shocked. Granted the building is a bit dated, and it is a dealer for people like me with a bumpy credit, but these guys did me right. I can honestly say I got a good fair deal at Atlas. Thanks, guys. UPDATE: Found a problem with power seat. They fixed it, no hassle. I grant them 1 extra star.

In summary: this is a predatory car dealer looking for desperate people trying to buy a car…read more Took my teenage sister here since a car caught her eye. We got in the car for a test drive and the parking brake is metal with electric tape used as a grip. The steering wheel was also missing most of the grip. You can see it in the dealer photos. The brakes were not good and you could tell there is severe wear and tear overall, but my sister wanted to look into in and negotiate the price down. The manager told us it would be an "insult to his boss" if we offered the Kelly Blue Book price. They told my sister they could get the payment down, and they did so by changing the terms to 74 months. 74 month term on a 2009 vehicle with over 100k miles on it, and a non-negotiable price tag of $8,888. How is this a good idea? The car most likely wouldn't last the term of the loan, so then my sister would really be screwed. The manager then told me that "we can't sell a car for more than it's worth, the banks won't finance it". And if they can't finance cars sold for more than they're worth, why are they selling cars for more than the worth? They absolutely can and will sell overpriced cars. Its called being in an upside down loan and you don't want to be there, especially if you have mechanical issues. If you are desperate for a car, take public transportation and save money so you can go elsewhere. This place is taking full advantage of folks who are in need of cars and will stop at nothing to make the deal work, even if they change the terms of the loan without your knowledge.

Unfortunately, the second purchased car had some issues come up fast. I was told by another shop it was going to cost me a huge amount just for diagnosis. So I sat on it a couple days and decided it's been less than 30 days I'll call Gilbert. Filled him in. By end of day I was in a loaner car and he was getting to the bottom of the cars issues. Not only did the price shrink greatly but they covered it and told me to bring it back if it comes up again! All around great service! Thanks again! I'm back on the road

So defensive it put me in fight or flight regarding taxes on a gifted van. They wouldn't talk to me. Shut me and my concern down as not worth it. Why must one get into their personal story just to get them to lift their sharpie again? I mean, it was an overpriced vehicle with transmission issues (plus a leaking back gate) that kicked in as soon as it got the interstate. They do have the extra wages tucked in double price to re-issue paperwork to the true buyer, which was not me. Iam very concerned they ripped off my father. I could have bought this same vehicle on AUCTION for half the cost and trouble. Thankfully, after having to over share and push envelopes, they finally helped (my dad, and not me). Avoid this place of you're not a pushover female, desire fair treatment and appreciate respect-for-respect for your life. Look up your local auto auction, and save yourself the time and cost. You'll also appreciate that you're bidding on the same cars this dealer and others probably are. I love bidding out the dealers because you will typically have more money to invest in the bottom line of YOUR vehicle.

I do NOT recommend CU Auto Solution. Although their logo-motto reads "Low Prices Ahead " & their…read morewebsite boasts that Auto Solution "can often negotiate the purchase price at or near dealer invoice or wholesale so you save big!" I very nearly lost a couple thousand dollars to them. Please read what follows if you're interested in specific details. I also informed my credit union about my bad experience, as they originally referred me to them. My sincere advice to anybody planning to deal with this company: PRACTICE DUE DILIGENCE. At the bare minimum, check Kelly Blue Book online for values and for cars currently for sale. As for myself, I had contacted CU Auto Solution online & an Auto Broker rep phoned back pretty quickly. The woman seemed nice & asked for more details on what I wanted. Proceeded to tell me I was looking for a "unicorn"... meaning something hard to find and especially in the $10,000 range I specified. So I said I'd consider a slightly higher price if need be. I give this company one star extra for her timely & pleasant first call. I asked what their service would cost me and she said no cost to me. She'd get paid $150, which wouldn't be my expense. In a subsequent email I asked her "How does this whole process work?" I was never informed of any other included cost - not by her or their website - whether it be for inspections, warranty?, delivery?, whatever. Their service was introduced to me as one of the benefits of being a credit union member. Soon after her call, she emailed me about a car she found: met my requirements and beyond...in "immaculate" condition...price of $12, 900. Sounded good, notwithstanding the higher price. I was seriously considering it. Wrote her back with some questions, including "Is this price negotiable? How do I make an offer?" Her answer: "The price is already negotiated so you don't make an offer the price is what it is." Okay. But doing minimal "due diligence," I checked Kelly Blue Book online. Entered every detail she gave me, top of the line, low mileage, etc. The highest Dealer Fair Market Price came in at $10,953...Fair Purchase Price was $9,683. Spot on to what I had asked for and quite a bit less than the "pre-negotiated" $12,900 price I was given. Then I clicked on Kelly Blue Book's similar cars in my area currently for sale. Wow. There was the EXACT same car she described, even down to the same color. Had the same mileage, was the same model... identical features, year, condition...and sitting on a Dealer lot in the very town she said the car came from! Asking price? $11,530. And that's before any "negotiating" at all. On the same day, but before I was able to email her back, she wrote me again. "It sold to someone else." That's all it said. Not very professional, in my opinion. Nothing to soften the blow of "losing out." No offer to continue looking for me and didn't even ask if I'd like her to. Emailed the other car dealership about the car I found on Kelly Blue Book's website to see if it was still available. They replied it had just sold a little before I emailed. Almost certainly, this was the same car that Auto Solutions was offering. If so, I could have purchased it directly from the dealer for a minimum of $1,370 LESS. More likely, a negotiated price (which is the norm) would have saved me closer to $2,000! If it was not the same vehicle, then it was an identical twin "unicorn" at a significantly lower price. Thanks, but no thanks to "Low Prices Ahead" CU Auto Solution.

It was hard for me to part with my car as I really loved that old thing, and Stefanie was patient and never pushy for me to make a decision. Finally I came back around to Stefanie again this past December and traded in my Element for an Accord. She did almost all of the work - crunched numbers and made it happen for me. I didn't have an ideal situation for car buying, but she is always non-judgmental and helpful none the less. Now this is not some fluffy froo-froo car dealership with the flashy signs and the free (stale) popcorn, but they get the job done and they do so quickly and without the hassle and sales tactics of a more traditional dealership. I will refer Stefanie to others that are looking for a very easy and stress-free car transaction.

I don't often enough, take the time to write positive reviews unless I've been completely blown away... this is one of those times where I've been completely blown away. I spent a great deal of time researching my used car purchase. I was prepared to drive as far as 3 hours away to get the right car at the right price. Like many people, I loathe the car buying process mostly due to the song and dance you usually have to deal with at the dealership. Even the places who advertise "no haggle buying" still make you run the gauntlet of sales pitches for car add-ons like undercoating, car security systems, higher lending rates they tell you qualify for, low-balling your trade-in, ect. After spotting a perfect car at a really competitive price on line at this place, I stopped in to see it. To "prepare for battle" at the dealership, I got approved for an auto loan at my Credit Union, and was firmly prepared to tell them I was going to sell my old car on Craigslist. Sami (the owner) greeted me and immediately took a mellow, no pressure approach. He asked me a couple of questions about why this car, and then gave me the keys to go on a test drive. The car was everything I was looking for, and at a price below what I was willing to spend; no haggling. Sami treated the entire process like a business transaction, not a sales transaction. He is an excellent sales person, but not in a pushy "used car salesman" way. He simply walks you through the process, trying to make sure you've considered all aspects of buying the new car and selling the old car. He then offered me a price for my trade-in that was within what I was going to ask for in on Craigslist... no, hassles with getting it detailed, fixing the curb scratches on the wheels :/, no dealing with Craigslist shoppers. I could not be more pleased with this entire process. Even after the sale, when I needed an extra key ordered and some other little things, Sami & his staff were very willing to help... I know it seems suspicious to see every review for this place at 5 stars, but just go there and see why they deserve all the praise they get. I will be a customer there forever.

Horrible experience with this place. The most unprofessional used card dealership I've been to…read more.. So I called them to schedule an appointment to checkout their cars. I spoke with Sami, and informed him that I will be there the next day at 11 am. By the time I got there, the lot was locked and I can't find a single person. I called him immediately, and he said that he can't come due to some kind of zoom meeting. So I guess he's not interested in showing me or selling his cars. If you cannot even be there due to an emergency, I think it's fair to say that you should inform your customer or let them know in advance. Essentially he wasted our time to drive all the way out there for nothing. Not to mentioning all his cars are way over priced...

Frankly, we didn't notice because the account is dedicated to paying the loan, and we don't look at it all the time. Instead of contacting us immediately to let us know the payments didn't go through, they let us go on for 3 months then affected my credit report by 60 points. The customer service representatives refused to help me or reverse the report even though we always made payments previously and made the late payments as soon as we found out the originals did not go through. Which was only after looking at my credit report. They never notified us. They insist notices were sent in the mail, but we never received them. This is horrible customer service. Had we been alerted via a simple phone call, email, or message in the online banking portal, this would have been resolved immediately. Now my credit has significantly dropped, and the negative report will be on my credit for the next 7 years. Onpoint Community Credit Union needs to start contacting customers immediately when a loan payment is missed via phone call, email, and messages on the online banking portal. This used to be a great credit union; now it is worse than a big bank. We are paying the loan off early and closing our accounts with them as soon as possible. Put your money elsewhere.
