The atmosphere of this shop is really chill, which is nice, and the staff seemed pretty calm and friendly if you're a regular (I'm not). I went in for a manicure and pedicure. There wasn't any pricing available. For a manicure and pedicure it was $50. Gel would be an additional $10 each. Super reasonable for a simple polish, right? The pedicure was a little sad. My nails were cut a bit oddly, and the skin by my nails was clipped and they could have just left it-- now the area is rough and weird.The polish job left some to be desired. Excess polish was "cleaned up" with a fingernail swipe, but it left some polish on my skin still, unfortunately! If that gets the job done that's fine, but it'd have been nice to be touched up with polish remover after. I was led to the manicure area after, which was a little awkward scooting across the floor barefoot with wet polish. A towel was placed down for my feet to go on top of, but it was a little icky because there were nail clippings on the floor... The manicure... I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed! Just like my pedicure, skin by my nails was clipped, and most were fine, but I have some nails where the skin is all rough and like I've been chewing at them. My nails were poorly-filed to where the tips were still roughed up from the board. The polish job was like my pedicure but a bit worse. The sides of most of my nails was missed, and it looks like I've had this manicure for a few days already. I'm sure there is a reason why the other reviews are so great! I wish I had that kind of experience, as this sadly wasn't it, and I feel like I wasted my money. read more

The clear nail polish was yellow... not to mention that the white was sloppy due to the fact that their nail dryer wasn't working properly. The polish kept smearing and weren't dry when she left. Cute little place tucked into the corner of the shopping center. Employees were super nice! I got regular gel manicure and gel pedicure and it was $60. I have been to pricier. The only thing I would say was weird is they didn't list their pricing... so I don't know if they add their own tip on top of what they would charge. Maybe they don't, I don't know‍ I just normally see the sign up. Super sweet people, great job on my short nails and bland taste. I would go back! They got to me right away and took their time. I made an appointment for me and my grandma the day before, went in and the manager was very nice as soon as we got in she told us to pick a color and have a seat. We only sat waiting for less than five minutes, both nail techs were very nice and finished fast. At the end when I wanted to pay with debit card the manager told me they only take cash, I didn't know since no one informed me this over the phone I wish they would've.For that reason, I had to go next door to the grocery store make a purchase and get cash back. read more

Went for a gel manicure. The price was average, $25 They did a good job or removing the prior gel. I soaked the nails then he buffed the color off, which Iiked better than places that rip them off. But then it went down hill. First, he didn't push the cuticle back, which causes me concern about how it will look when the nail grow out. Also I asked for short nails, which he didn't do at first. He ended up filing them down after the color was finished, but some of the nails are round and others are square. Second, the color is patchy and streaky. The polish is not coated evenly and he missed some of the sides. Third, there was no massage after. The woman next to me also got a gel manicure and received a massage that she was giving rave reviews. But I got nothing. At least be consistent. Fourth, the woman said they could do the design I wanted. But the man who did them said he didn't the right color, brush, etc. Overall, won't be going back. read more

I used to bring my 4 grandchildren here when they were as young as 4 years old for a "Mini Manicure" and they absolutely loved it. They were made to feel very special with lots of attention. My daughter and one of my granddaughters and, occasionally, my grandson (who are teenagers now) go here as well. Sometimes I call at the last minute and Lily will do everything possible to find an opening for me.
