I had a sample piece of wood stained there. It looked terrible. When I voiced my concern he asked me what was wrong with it? Anyone with the gift of vision would be able to know that the sample looked bad. I wasn't blaming anyone. Maybe it was the wood but for him to completely dismiss my concerns just goes to show you how poorly this place is ran. Benjamin Moore in winter garden is amazing. I love this color because of its versatility. Some homes it could look grey and some a creamy off white. It's a go to color if you have no idea and just want something soft. It's a great ceiling paint, it gives a ceiling character. When you use it with a crown molding or base board the two color difference between ceiling and wall color choice pops very nice.

I also looked for a few paint chips and had previously friend ACE with no luck. He was able to tell me that was because it is a Canadian color and found the American version/match within in 2 min.
