He highly recommended this guy. I did bring my machine to who he recommended. Very nice guy. My point to all of this is this. Not many businesses will refer customers to another business. As a small business owner, I really appreciated the fact that he did. He did also help me get a serial number for a chainsaw I purchased that was stolen . While it was in the shop, one of the technicians noticed that it still had the factory installed filters on it, and I was asked if I wanted the 50 hour service performed. The only problem? The tractor had been in about six months ago for that service. After some detective work, Jeff, the service manager got back to me and admitted that the tractor had somehow been sent back to me without the service being performed. Brian, the store manager, also called and spoke with me, taking full ownership of the mistake and informing me that in order to make amends there would be no charge for the rotary cutter service or the tractor transport fee. The 50 hour service would also be expedited and the tractor would be returned to me the following day. Mistakes happen, but for the folks at Crystal to step up, take responsibility and fix the problem is a refreshing departure from other experiences that I have had in similar situations. Kudos to the staff at Crystal, they have definitely earned my continuing loyalty.

They come in and both are respectful, in as much as not taking the shortcut through carpeted dining room just so they don't dirty it. Not even 5 minutes and the problem was diagnosed and in the following 5 minutes FIXED! (door level issue on side-by-side model that makes fridge think it's still open even if closed) Mind you, my biggest fear was not the repair cost, but being told I needed a new fridge (the old boy is probably 15 years old). So I was THRILLED to know that the only cost involved was the service fee. They didn't try to hoodwink me or give complicated explanations and try to milk the situation for more money. I received an honest assessment and honest repair and even recommendations for when we are ready for a new fridge. The opening needed a small amount of granite cutting, and they carefully tarped and taped off the area to keep dust to a minimum. They were also incredibly friendly and took the time to explain all of the new features and show me how everything works. The installation looks great, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. We also had our refrigerator and dishwasher installed last week by another Aggressive Appliances team.
