I was so amazed at how they care for the customer. I'm new to Florida. Got everything I needed and smooth transaction. From beginning to end. The selection of items are plenty to choose from. When the delivery company arrived, the drivers refused to deliver or install the refrigerator because there was not a water shut-off valve located directly behind the refrigerator. We explained and showed them that the water shut-off is under the kitchen sink, and WE EVEN SHUT THE WATER OFF OURSELVES. They still refused. At that point, we told them to forget the installation. We simply asked them to bring the new refrigerator inside and remove the old refrigerator, which WE HAD ALREADY DISCONNECTED ourselves. They then told us they were NOT ALLOWED TO EVEN LEAVE THE NEW REFRIGERATOR because the water shut-off valve was not behind it. We contacted Home Depot corporate and were told that the delivery drivers were WRONG -- the water shut-off does NOT have to be located behind the refrigerator. Home Depot then rescheduled our delivery. When the next scheduled delivery day arrived, we received NO communication from Home Depot regarding a delivery window. We called to find out what was happening and were then told that the delivery wasn't actually scheduled and would have to be scheduled for TWO DAYS LATER. To make matters worse, the person on the phone once again insisted that if the water shut-off wasn't behind the refrigerator, they couldn't install it. We spent approximately 45 MINUTES arguing over something Home Depot corporate had already clarified. At that point, we repeatedly explained: JUST DELIVER THE REFRIGERATOR AND REMOVE THE OLD ONE. We were no longer even asking them to install it. The initial delivery drivers were also extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. When we spoke with a manager at Home Depot, he advised us that they have received an overwhelming number of complaints regarding this delivery company and that they were trying to find a replacement company. That statement alone says a lot about the experience customers are having. We purchased a refrigerator expecting a fairly simple process: deliver the appliance, install it, and remove the old one. Instead, we've dealt with rude delivery personnel, incorrect information, a refused delivery, a rescheduled delivery that apparently wasn't actually scheduled, no delivery-time communication, and nearly an hour on the phone arguing over whether they could simply DELIVER AN APPLIANCE WE ALREADY PAID FOR. Based on this experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing any appliance from Home Depot that requires delivery. The amount of frustration involved in simply trying to get a refrigerator delivered has been completely unacceptable.

We've been to the store several times, despite it being more than 2 hours from us. We took an intro-to-router class and it was terrific. We have purchased all kinds of goodies from them both in-store and online from .com. The latest round was just beyond awesome. Wife wanted to have a look at the CNC offerings. We found them, a laser cutter, and then we encountered Steve on our first visit who was showing us around the Shaper. He was so excited to show us (knowing full well we weren't buying on the spot). He offered up Jen to show us around the laser and CNC machines as she was more of an expert (his words). He gave us his cell to call on Friday to organize a visit after our return home from a work trip. Who does this? Well, Rocker apparently. We went back down to spend 2-3 hours there just learning about their options for CNC, Shaper, and Laser. Jen was FANTASTIC. She spent like an hour and a half with my wife (and me) explaining the various systems, benefits, and models. She explained what kinds of projects each can be used for, the tools, accessories, bundles, and more. Steve brought in some of his ideas around creating inlays for my wife and sat for almost an hour with her. They, of course, helped other customers while attending us but this was unbelievable service. I called to ask about a model number and got Bob. He said he'd do the best he could to answer my question and he said "yeah, I remember you." You don't get that in the big box stores. Incidentally, he absolutely answered my question. There are so many reasons to buy here. Sure, they're slightly pricier than Home Depot or BLowe's but there is a whole different level of quality and the service is phenomenal. They'll share their projects with you. They show the Rockler.com website with all the free learning material. They're excited to show you the workshop schedule. We WILL be buying here. This Rockler doesn't sell stuff, they sell experiences. And life is all about experiences. Really amazing well to sell stuff. Great job, Rockler Altamonte.

Great place for finding what you need for your latest project. I can really appreciate that they…read morehave a wide range of price options for the tool you need rather than offering only the most expensive option. The staff is personable and knowledgeable without being overbearing or pushy.

I always make it a point to come to Visitor's Flea Market whenever I'm around the Orlando, FL…read more area.I've been here numerous times,& it has become 1 of those places I enjoy coming back to every time I visit. There are so many vendors spread throughout the entire indoor space, so you can walk around, browse, shop, & see something different. The vendors are all really nice & friendly, b/c of course they want to make a sale! You can also find some pretty good deals & haggle prices. There's a lot to look through, & I always find myself taking my time b/c you never know what you're going to come across. I love to shop! Then, when you make your way to the back, you'll find the World of Food Trucks, which is 1 of my fave parts. After walking around & shopping, it's nice to have so many food options in 1 place. If you like flea markets, shopping, browsing different vendors,& having plenty of food choices nearby, this is a place worth checking out!

The only thing my son ended up finding was a little sign about Labradors (we have one, so that was a fun find). Other than that, most of the merchandise felt like inexpensive knickknacks, and we didn't see much that interested us. We also paid $5 to park, which surprised us given our overall experience. I'm glad we checked it out so we could see it for ourselves, but it's not somewhere I would go back to. Honestly, there is nothing interesting t this flea market. They do have food trucks but nothing great.
