I was there one day as she had to go to work one of the days of installation, and the crew were very professional and respectful of her home, laying down plastic sheeting to prevent the dust from getting on her items, and communicating about any issues with her (she is over the moon with her experience). I was impressed with the beautiful job they did as well as the professionalism displayed by the team, up to and including telling Jen that though they don't do shower door glass, they did have a recommendation of who to go through. Veteran owned, wounded warrior project supporting, and absolutely wonderful at the job itself.

It took a week for a call back. Sir Grout took just one phone call to set up an appointment for estimate. Leo was right on time the designated day and thoroughly explained the repair process. That night we had our estimate by email and I approved the work by electronic signature. Very easy. The work was performed one week later by Tony and Daniel who were extremely professional and on time. They cleaned up when finished and the work is very well done. No more cracks! Leo stopped by to check up about midway through the job. On his way out he saw one more crack that none of us had seen. They repaired it on the spot. They couldn't exactly match the grout color but what was used is very close. We highly recommend Sir Grout of Kissimmee. Rick A.

We visited the Kissimmee location and it was an end to end great experience. Tiffany, one of F&D's designers, walked us through our options and was attentive to our goals, while also guiding us towards the best of ideas. She made it very easy to select porcelain tiles for our bathroom floor, the shower floor and the shower walls. She also encouraged us to purchase samples, so we could think about the purchasing decision for a bit, while also letting us know we could return the samples within 90 days for a full refund. If you're thinking of upgrading some of your appliances, I would definitely recommend checking this place out.
