Grass began to die, weeds popped up everywhere and when we paid for a new tree after the freeze, it was never completed. I would never move into a Pulte community again for many reasons but Cherry Lake is a big one.

(We bought McCarthy (pink), Mr. Lincoln (red), Angel Face (lavender that smells amazing), Double Delight (white with red tips), and Prosperity (white climbing rose)). The staff is friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to what we were looking for in each of our roses, walked us around showing us different selections (and even giving us clippings of different roses). They have a tremendous selection and their roses are grown to thrive here in Florida. I couldn't be happier, and all of our bushes are doing wonderful. My only complaint is that they are only open to the public on Saturdays, but big whoop... it's worth planning for. I highly recommend swinging in and taking some time to stop and smell the roses. ;-)

So i went to the front.. i went to a man to try to ask him for the mulch i wanted.. he walked away from me and went inside the store.. not saying a word.. no good morning no give me a minute.. nothing. So i followed him into the store.. and stood by the register.. he went in and out of the office again. With no words.. so i stood there being ignored for a fewe minutes.. and left.. No exchange, refund or credit.
