They have a serious problem with their customer service…read more It's not with the employees that work there they're very good, very helpful, and will do what they can do for you. It's the management. They just don't seem to get it. Guaranteed customer service well that's BS. Now I can't go there anymore out of principle. I'm going to do a more extensive review of this in the coming days. Heck you might see me out there protesting. This goes to the top management of this store location. It's a matter of a principal for me.

Home Depot can definitely be hit or miss. Sometimes they have everything you need, and other times…read morethey don't. Most of the time, the customer service is good, but on rare occasions, you may come across a couple of people who make the experience not so pleasant. Anyway, my favorite place in Home Depot is the garden section. I definitely do not have a green thumb, but I love seeing green things and watching things grow. There's just something about walking through the garden section, looking at all the different plants and colorful flowers, that feels like a breath of fresh air. Depending on what you want, you may get a good deal on the plants. Top soil, etc to me are reasonably priced. Again if all depends on what you're looking for. For the most part, I rarely have any issues at the Depot. It's usually a good shopping experience, and even if I don't find exactly what I came for, you can probably find me wandering through the garden section before I leave.

His response showed complete lack of professionalism throwing the manager under the bus. When he rang up my purchase I noticed I got the wrong item. He never offered if someone could get the correct item for me. Again...acting like he didn't care asked if I wanted to go get the correct item. Then when using the CC machine. There were steps I wasn't understand, he simply stood there and never offered assistance. You need to visit with Michael on how to deal with people and remind him that you do not want a customers last memory of Home Depot to be poor customer service

Believe me when I say you'll never get bored walking around and finding new treasures, whether it is new, old, resale, or antique.
