They have a serious problem with their customer service. It's not with the employees that work there they're very good, very helpful, and will do what they can do for you. It's the management. They just don't seem to get it. Guaranteed customer service well that's BS. Now I can't go there anymore out of principle. I'm going to do a more extensive review of this in the coming days. We needed an obscure fastener screw for our side table. The big orange store didn't have it and directed us here. Right off the bat, there were employees waiting just inside to greet and ask if we needed help finding anything. That has NEVER happened at big orange! I can only speak for the paint department. Maybe it was an off day but I went in with a Benjamin Moore color to be matched. The code was on the can and the people at the paint department were unable to mix the paint. Not sure if it was new employees or not but obviously was frustrated leaving. Ended up having to go elsewhere for the paint. I will try again in future and update review if things go better.
