The food isn't bad. The owner needs to learn some communication and customer service skills. I call at 3:42 order, say I'll pick up the food at 4:45PM guy thanks me for letting him know in advance so he don't get right on it. Then calls me 2 times and leaves a voice mail saying he don't know how he gonna get me back but he gonna get me back. Also 2 text message with a picture of the receipt saying Hi I hope you are coming, If not expecting a phone call from the station next door. Like he is going to get the police after me because I ordered the pizza too early.This was all over 2 pizzas+salad and before 4:41PM 4 minutes before I said I'd be there. Completely disgusting. I'm debating whether or not to get into vague accounts of what I consider disgusting, but I think even vague might be a little too.... Well, just trust me. Just rediscovered this pizza joint and glad we did. Not sure what it is but the cheese and the pizza sauce are perfecto! Only tried the pizza & calzones so far and we're beyond pleased. Parking lot is always full when we go by so we gave it a try. We'll be making Tool Town our regular pizza night place. read more

I don't live in town anymore but I go back on weekends to see my parents. My husband, daughter and I stopped here the other day and got one of the speciality pizzas with chicken and broccoli. Google says they close at 11 but they close at 10pm now.....i ordered a small pepperoni pizza at 9:23....37 minutes before they close and was told by the owner to "hurry up we are closing early tonight". This owner does not care about his customers one bit. Go to Zedas pizza or Athol house, or friendly town, or village pizza, or pizza factory, or even papa ginos in Gardner before you go to this place. He does not care one bit about any customers...i used to buy from there every week but today was the last day. Worst treatment of customers especially a long term customer ever!!!!! read more

Love their pizza, especially chicken finger bacon. Their subs are pretty good too. When I first went their they had a debit machine that looked like it was straight out of the 1980's. You had to withdraw money in $20 increments and there was a $2.00 free, they they would give you the remaining change. I usually don't carry a lot of cash and found it utterly stupid so I stopped going for a while. Mercifully, they upgraded to a modern debit machine, so I go there often again and enjoy the great pizza. read more
