Okay, so first off, for anyone reading a negative review of this sweet lady, you need to know something. ENGLISH IS NOT HER FIRST LANGUAGE! I've taken 4 vehicles to her, and she's done an amazing job each time. She literally charges half as much as any other place, and when I took my Mercedes in there today, she said it would be a little more because they are harder vehicles to tint, but she said she could do it and to give her two hours. An hour and 45 mins later it's done. She's literally the best at what she does, and she's funny and sweet if you're able to get through her thick Hispanic accent. This isn't a "shop". It's seriously just herself and she's constantly working her tail off in 100+ degree weather and doing an amazing job on every vehicle I've seen. I have had at least 3 of our vehicles in the past 3 years done at Tony's. This is a family business and the lady who owns it is a single mother raising her 3 kids. She's very good at what she does. She's also Hispanic and quite religious. She's professional and kind. I recently saw a video accusing her of racism and I don't believe that to be true. The irresponsible young man who did this is really hurting a family's ability to make ends meet and was over the fact that she opens her business at 10 am. This is a first come first serve type of business and she does not make appointments thus his claims can't be true. He claimed her motives to not attend him at 8 am was over his race. I'm a brown woman and have been treated by her with nothing but respect and professionalism. Only reason for Two stars is because they gave me and my fiancée useless information. We had a crack in our windshield...and we thought we travel down central to one of the repair spots. We came across this one and decided to get a quote. My fiancée walked inside and the tech came to the car and looked over the window. He stated it would be $80 to fix the crack. After waiting in the sun for almost 30 mins...our car was next. We pulled into the garage and realized something...but couldn't figure it out just yet. The tech came back out and asked did we want the whole windshield tinted??...In my mind I was like "why in the **** would we want tint but there is a huge crack?" Then it hit me...we were at a tinting spot. I told the guy..."I thought you were fixing the windshield"...he looked confused and said oh no sorry I am not. Frustrated we left and realized we should call any businesses before just driving up and assuming they fix windows LOL read more

I called to see about availability. It was around 3p on Friday 11/16. The owner...answered. "Hello" so I asked if this was Tony's window tint? She said "yea" so I asked if she was busy and if we could come. She says" yea I'm busy" So I ask.."ok, so don't come..?" Like I was actually confused because she never said anything to the effect of I'm busy now but we can schedule something later or anything like that. Or come in about half an hour or so. Nothing. So I get the response. "Ugh. Oh my God. Yes I'm busy" super irritated with me. And I'm like this lady must not want or need the business. So guess what? Took my business elsewhere. This lady is absolutely RUDE! Don't give her the business. She's awful! I actually tried to go in again to fix one window and it's just unbelievable. This was in person. Never again. read more

Started off by calling on the phone to inquire about pricing and availability unfortunately during this process the call had dropped. The lady I had spoken to called me back before I could call her and she thought I had hung up on her. I tried explaining I was in a bad reception area but before even getting the chance she called me very rude and that I needed to learn manners. Needless to say I never made it down there, this was just over the phone I can't imagine what she'd be like in person. I called earlier in the year and received a very competitive quote for the front two factory non-tinted windows on my Jeep Cherokee. I decided to drop by while I was in the area and was amazed that the tint job was done below the quote and so quickly (I had not even finished Super Sea Food Platter lunch one block away). If I could start off by putting 0 stars that's what I would put I took my son's new truck to get window tint and mind you we are in the middle of a pandemic COVID-19. As I walk up to the shop with my mask on, the owners wife approached me and did not give me the social distancing space (6ft)so I backed up ONE step out of respect and she had the audacity to tell me "I am not infected and it doesn't look good when people act like that" so I told her "well how do you know that I am not infected?" And she said "so how do you want me to get your keys to your vehicle if we are social distancing so you can take your business somewhere else". I called to get pricing for tint on my Nissan Sentra yesterday afternoon. The woman who answered the phone (sorry, i forgot her name) was very pleasant to talk to and even though she was closing at 4:30 yesterday, and needs about 1 1/2 hours to complete the job, she was able to squeeze me in the last minute. I have actually used her services before about 5 years ago and was happy with the service even back then. Tint looks amazing, and have been getting compliments in the short amount of time that it's been done. I also have family that go to her for their window tint work, they also recommended her. The only liar is you, I had to come back a second time which I was wary about because of the attitude u showed me. When I called to try to be courteous and make sure I wouldn't have to wait and you yelled at me on the phone and said why do u call me. Then the second time I came to finish the window I called to make sure to go through the back gate like you told me the first time to be courteous and again to yelled at me the customer and said not to call you so like any normal person I said u have a bad attitude. And then you tried deny me service and said and I quote "you dont have a receipt prove I did anything." Even though the week before when I paid in full ($120) and you gave me the sheet of tint to hold on to prove it. At the point you denied me service and were screaming at me to get out , so I called the bbb not the police to see what my best course of action was and that was to write a report with them and yelp. I then hung up to give you one more chance and u finally decided to keep your promise. But for how I was treated I had to let people know about my experience, so I posted to yelp. And from previous reviews you had another customer have the same issues with your bad attitude. I really hope you can learn to get a much better attitude or you are going to lose alot of customers. Called to ask the price, lady who answered was super unprofessional. She doesn't even say where your calling. When asking for the price she hung up on me. Gave her the benefit of the doubt so called back and she again gave me the worse attitude. Needless to say I did NOT get my windows tinted there. read more
