I have an Audi TT 2014 with 75K miles on it. The car started misfiring and was undriveable. I had…read moreit towed to Audi in Sewickley and they, after two weeks, diagnosed it as a misfire on cylinder 1. Further evaluation and cost revealed it to be a broken valve spring. They replaced the valve spring and the misfire disappeared. After about 25 miles, the check engine light is on again. Rather than trusting Audi to make it right, I took it to Felouzi's Auto repair. I had seen some good reviews about this place and it was super convenient for me. He took it in and analyzed the issue and found it to be an air in-leakage issue. He thoroughly explained the issue and it turned out to be a hole that looked to be melted into the air intake manifold. Something that was not there before I took it to Audi. Rather than mess around with Audi again, I just had him replace the manifold and now the car runs fine with no lights of any kind. Mike Felouzi is a great guy and charges reasonable rates for his great service. I highly recommend him for all you auto needs. He is great with foreign cars.

I was in Pittsburgh for the Summer working on a research fellowship. All of the stop and go…read moretraffic made my brakes wear out faster than expected. Not having a local mechanic, I started a search that is never much fun. I was quoted a ridiculous amount of $600 for new front pads, rotors, and rear shoe adjustment at a local chain! I then visited Ted's. He was exceptionally nice, speedy, and ended up charging me less than the $212 he quoted me. If I lived in the area, Ted's Auto Service would be my new go-to guy for auto repair. I am truly shocked he didn't have a line out the door. Back home this guy would be swamped with business.

This garage is exceptional. We have used them numerous times for their towing services. The…read morereceptionist is always friendly, competent, and prompt in dispatching an employee to your location, who, I might add, are also always friendly, professional, and competent. Their prices are extremely more affordable than other garages in the area. I was especially pleased with them on one instance when my vehicle was stuck in the mud; a worker arrived quickly, freed my car in what seemed like seconds, and then proceeded to only charge me half of the standard price. I was able to make it to my destination not only on time, but with a little extra money in my pocket. If I wasn't so fiercely loyal to my mechanic, I would also use Bachman's for my other automotive needs, such as oil changes and major repairs. You can't go wrong with these guys.
