Tony's Services just finished a job of washing all of the windows in my 5 bedroom house. They have never been so clean! The workers were so hard working and never stopped moving! I agree with Jennifer G.. I could give this business zero stars it would be the best rating for this company. They came out to my home when I was leaving out. I don't have to be home for them to do the work, so I left. When I came back I was upset at the shotty work they did. It makes sense that they were not at my home for very long it showed. The crew simply thew all the gunk from the gutters all over my lawn furniture at the rear of my home and all around my home. The gunk got on everything and I had to clean up this mess when I got home. My calls to Tony were never answered and he never returned any of my phone calls. A couple months after they cleaned my gutters I had to trim some trees back at the left side of my house. When I got up on the roof I noticed they didn't clean the gutters on the side. They were full as if they never touched them before. It makes me wonder if they ever cleaned out the gutters on this side of my home. Find a better company. This company cannot be trusted and appearantly the owner could careless how poorly his employees are attempting to clean gutters. read more

LIARS!!!!! Running a special for $69 gutter cleaning. Was supposed to come out last Wednesday. Were a noshow, no call. Then....they show up unannounced today, jump out their truck and shove a bill for $69 in my front door, and drive off. (My neighbor witnessed EVERYTHING!) This is fraudulent!!!! I contacted Tony's about cleaning the windows of our row house after we had our upstairs remodeled. Everyone I spoke with and dealt with was very professional and nice. I told them that I live in a row house, and they got us an appointment very quickly. But when the technician arrived, he said that they're not certified to clean anything over 40 feet high, so they cannot do row houses. He was very nice and gave me the name of a company that can do row house windows, so it's not a crisis, but the company should be up front about what they're certified to do, either on the website or over the phone. read more

This company came out and power washed my house and deck for 575$. The owner came by and did an estimate, but never called beforehand, I noticed him on my deck when I was in the kitchen. When I did receive the estimate, I called about getting the deck stained rather than having a clear coat applied. I was told that would cost more, which I understood. I received a call when they came to do the power wash from the main office saying I had to talk to the workers regarding the cost of staining in addition to the power wash. I spoke with the employees who then told me "800$ for everything, you buy the stain". I agreed, and they started. While they were power washing they blew off two posts in the deck rail, splintered the wood, and knocked some other posts loose. Later that evening the owner called me and tried to first talk me out of staining the deck, and then tried to say it would be an additional 800$ to stain. I told him don't bother then and I would find another company because that is not what his employees told me. He got upset, continued to argue, then agreed to do it for 300$ more. The guys came to stain the deck, we purchased the stain and I had to leave while they were working. I clarified with the employees that they were going to do two coats as the label instructed. They confirmed. Well, they barely did one coat, missed many spots, got stain on the house in multiple places, and the trim for the sliding door. They also left the 300$ bucket of stain open. It was a terrible job! I would not recommend this company for anything beyond power washing the gutters as they have performed that duty fine for me for the past few years. read more

They keep not showing up for appointments that they rescheduled they are unreliable they do terrible work they left a mess once they did come to clean the gutters but they did leave one of the downspouts backed up and it's causing a plumbing problem. They don't return phone calls emails or online requests. read more

Have used Tony's for years, but hinges have changed. Steer clear of this company. Last year the gutter downspouts were left packed solid with mud and leaves after their 'cleaning'. Spoke with company and owner and refused to address. Water was bursting out of downspout connections with first rain after their 'gutter cleaning'. Does gutter cleaning NOT include clearing downspouts if packed? Most are... -Next, have an appointment for 10:30am on Nov 24, 2020. I call when they are 30 min late just to check if they are still coming. Tony's son tells me, yes I'm sure they are on the way. Then I receive a phone call at 11:20 stating we came at 10am and no one answered the door. This is not true as I was home all morning with the garage door open with only screen. AND I have perimeter and door cameras. 7 cameras in total and not a single person from Tony's nor a truck was here. So they call me with a lie and then state they no longer want my business. Pathetic excuse for a company. You don't clean gutters and downspouts, you dump the debris from gutters in my mulched beds, do not make good on your shoddy work and then forget my appointment while I'm here sitting in kitchen waiting. This spring was the second time we used Tony's Cleaning Services for our windows. This year, I needed the gutters checked. The team was awesome. They worked fast and were very thorough. The price was great too. The gutter cleaning was needed due to backups despite having "Gutter Helmet" installed by the prior owner ~ twenty years ago. Yesterday, I went out in the heavy rain/hail and all the gutters were working perfectly. I'll keep using Tony's Cleaning Services. read more

I hired Tony's to power wash the vinyl siding of my house. Care was not taken to avoid damage to an electric outlet set in the vinyl. As a result a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet was damaged and made unusable. I reported the damage by phone and in writing and was told to have it repaired and that the company would reimburse me. I did so, and sent a statement to Tony's detailing the costs I incurred. The company replied in writing that a check would be sent the next day. Many months have now passed, and reminder emails have been sent. At first the company replied by email that the check would be sent the next day. Then they just stopped replying, even when I offered to compromise on the amount of reimbursement I was requesting. I do not recommend this company for any of its services given my continuing bad experience with them. It's a shame, because we used them for cleaning our windows for years. read more
