From start to finish, they were honest, reasonable, and truly experts in their field. They took the time to explain everything clearly--what they were doing, why they were doing it, and why they chose the materials they used. I had full confidence in their work. Their pricing was fair and honest, especially compared to a larger company that quoted me four times the cost and wanted me to spend money chasing a leak that hadn't even been detected yet. That just didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion--and I'm so glad I did. On top of fixing the issue, they even helped me out by adding salt to my water softener (which I was about to do myself) and took the time to explain proper maintenance and what I can do to extend the life of the system. That kind of care and education really means a lot. It shows me they take pride in their expertise and being able to help others. This father-and-son team is genuinely kind, honest, and truly there to help--not to upsell or scare you into unnecessary repairs. I found them through reviews on Nextdoor, and I'm so grateful I decided to call. I highly, highly recommend Word-of-Mouth Plumbing.
