I ordered something thru Grubhub over an hour prior to having it delivered and the restaurant knew about it when they got it, it was supposed be delivered so I could eat it on my break but when I saw the delivery driver on the app stuck at the restaurant I asked him if he was on his way his response was the restaurant didn't even make the food yet. So I am giving them a zero stars because they had plenty of time to make it and waited till last minute to make it. Ridiculous what's the point of ordering ahead. read more

1st time coming to this place and the guy working the register has an attitude problem, didn't let it get to me. But after spending over $45 I asked the guy working the register if the cookies were soft, he pointed at the ones that were but I ended up deciding not to get any. It was a normal question and my option if I wanted to get it or not, he looked at me and SLAMMED the cookies door and gave me the dirtiest look ever and said something but not in English, which I don't have a problem with, but after acting the way he did I don't think it was something nice. Pros: It's a 24/7 local chain with decent prices on hot food and an okay selection- and the food itself is solid! Cons: I really would prefer if the cappuccino was available, and if the bagels were actually bagels, and not basically circular bread. read more

Work in the area and was craving for a Reuben Sandwich. This deli was serving it so, I figured to give a try. When I picture a Reuben Sandwich, it's a good helping of Pastrami and a good layer of sauerkraut. The sandwich was thin, it came with a handful of tortilla chips and a dallop of salsa. This spot is conveniently located and clean, and is basically open all the time but their food and service are terrible! I made an in-person purchase once and waited almost 30 minutes for my 2-item "to go" order only to discover they made the wrong food. While they gave me a free pastry as an apology their food was utterly tasteless. Fast forward one year and I said to myself - give it another shot, this time for delivery. They pushed back my delivery time 2x then stated they made a person to person hand off when I called to inquire about the status of my delivery since the ETA had passed 20 minutes prior. Turns out the delivery guy left my order in the entryway of my building and another resident - a complete stranger - saw it, brought it inside and up to my apartment based on the info stapled to the bag.
