DO NOT USE this company. They replaced our furnace three months ago. We accidentally disconnected…read morethe humidifier hose. The fail safe switch they installed did not activated and we had a water leak to include ceiling and floor damage. They denied any responsibility for the matter and were not willing to talk with us about the best way to rectify the matter insurance wise. I would have expected them to talk with the switch manufacture to see what could be done to help their client out. Therefore, we will now be stuck paying the bills because the fail safe switch did not work properly. I would call this just about the worst customer service.

I contacted them and talked to Scott about the heat issue in my apartment. I knew exactly what needed to be done, as the maintenance person from my building had already inspected it and told me exactly what repairs need to take place. In my phone conversation with Scott, I explained everything to him in details and sent him pictures. He mentioned that he would still need to come out to inspect my unit before repairs could take place. When I asked him, sure, but could you please do the repair in one visit. He said no, justifying it that that's how it is usually done and I will need to pay $140 just for the first visit. I agreed to it. When he came in he literally spent 10 min at my place because, again, I had told him what needed to be done from the beginning and even sent him what he needed to bring with him. So I literally paid $140 for nothing. We then agreed that he will order necessary parts for the repair and will send his guys to do it. When I asked how much it would cost - he said that it's $150 per hour. So it solely depends on the time it takes to finish the job. I said ok and agreed to it. A week later Scott texted me saying that he received all necessary parts and ready to schedule repair visit. He also added that this work will cost $825. I was shocked with the cost and asked him how did he even come up with this number, since he told me that final cost solely depended on time duration and they only charge per hour, which is $150 per hour. He said that the material is part of the cost. I know for a fact that the material is no more than $100, so I asked him how much is the material. He didn't even bother explaining it and just said that his company works on flat rate pricing and they don't break it down per part and labor. Which was a complete lie and scam because initially he stated that they only charge per hour and that's how final cost gets calculated. Basically he wanted me to pay $826 + $140 (which I had already paid) = $966 for something that should not take more than 1-2 hours and should be around $300-$400 with labor and material. I am being completely transparent about my experience with them and particularly with Scott. Because I want to ensure that no one else gets fooled by them and spend money for nothing. I am also attaching my conversation with Scott in text messages for full transparency. Stay away from this company and from Scott in particular They just want to fool you and overcharge you for nothing. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable in this day and age.

Art did an initial consult, then Bryan Beltran (text said that's his name) and another man came and spent most of the day fixing our nearly 60 year old panel. They were respectful to us and our home, and did a great job. We called back because of a flickering kitchen light and Art came over to check everything. It was nothing wrong with their work we just need a new fixture- ours is probably 60 years old and probably went out with the upgrade because it's a new panel and old fixture. SCAM - DO NOT USE…read more DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I had my Furnace and A/C installed by this company a few years back. 2 weeks ago, I had an issue with the contactor shorting and blowing the fuse to turn the A/C on. The thermostat was not getting any power. I called for a service call to have the contactor replaced. When John arrived,we discussed the issue. He started cutting wire here and there telling me he's bypassing the thermostat. In testing for power, the fuse keeps blowing out. So, then he goes and replace the contactor and finally got the a/c running, now the compressor was making some noise. John starts cutting wires again telling me he's bypassing to see if the compressor is bad. After 2 hours, he tells me the compressor is bad and I will needs a new a/c unit for $4,600.00. A replacement was never an option. Long story short, I called another company and it took 1 hour to replace the contactor and the compressor kicked in just fine. All and all it was the technician error on connecting the wires to scam me on buying a new a/c unit. BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY.
