Food was delicious the waitress was super nice and the atmosphere was very serene. Love this place every time I've eaten here always delicious, service the best!

Short a dumpling to eat in plus more $$

The food here is good, but we discovered a bit of a secret... the take out is WAYYYYY cheaper than dining in. I mean +$10 a dish to eat there? Then you get to leave a tip on top of that? The take out dumplings had +1 more dumpling than eat in... and was CHEAPER. Beer was $8 (), they did serve noodles ( barely 1/4 cup for 2 of us) with duck sauce to munch on.

Service was amazing, they are very helpful and kind. I had a to go order where I ordered the River monster roll and tuna roll yesterday that tasted amazing

The lady that is at the register is not able to understand simple English and proceeded to charge me 2x the amount of my bill. I repeated my phone number for my takeout order to her twice and she still did not understand. And when I told her to stop charging my card she went ahead and did it then said oh do you want a refund like they didn't want to do it. Not the first time they have screwed up orders between takeouts and eat-in. Better off driving to Riverhead Sakura - half the price on many items and much more hospitable.

Website pricing

I'll be honest : 1st of all the food is very good . No complaints there. Been going to all locations for years. However the prices you see on the website are completely different than their menus . You call in order & just be prepared for sticker shock. I told 2 ppl there the website must be updated to accurately report their 2021 pricing. According to their website the prices should be: Pt wonton soup was $2.50 each. Now it's $3.99. Thats a 52% price increase Fried Wontons were $4.50 each. Now it's $5.99. That's a 33% increase. Eggrolls were $1.75 each. Now they're $2.75 each. A 57% increase. Yet, the Qt of fried rice was 9.25 and now $9.99. Only a 33% increase. Sure it's little on each, but on the overall order price it was $10 more upon picking up price VS pricing on their website. No across the board/ consistent price % increase to items. And I paid cash. Again, food is delicious. Just a heads up to bring enough cash and be aware the website pricing is way off.

I can't tell you how many times we've driven by Tony's over the years; finally we stopped for lunch! Their cold sesame noodles are so amazing with their peanut sauce! Nice quality sushi, and we tried the sampler appetizer. Friendly, attentive service and nice ambience. We absolutely 100% will be back (if not only for the sesame noodles!)!

This was no written or editted by AI…read more We went to Bao on a recommendation and had the highest hopes. First, the décor was ok--a nice if not admirable try at creating the ambiance of the far east....along with a TV showing high def images and drone footage of the Thai countryside(I think). The lighting was poor, and to address that they put big-boy lamps on the tables...but when we needed more room on the tables and asked them to take the lamp away, I needed to use my phone to see the menu. The noise level was ok and not too cacophonic. The seats were almost comfortable. The service was less than satisfactory and was one of the reasons that this place did not end up with an average score. First, the appetizer and main courses got a little logjammed. Second, they did not have the sense to figure out how to accommodate all the dishes on the tabletop. Next, they seldom came by to check on us and refill glasses and we had to ask several times over for them to bring us more peanut sauce. The most significant transgression though came just before the finish line. We sat, and sat, and sat, and sat some more awaiting our check. Finally, I got up and summoned a passerby waiter to run our charge. The food was meh. The Larb (chicken) was a nice portion and cooked perfectly, but the chicken pieces were underseasoned, bland and i had to force myself to eat them. The lettuce was so stiff that it could not roll up the mined chicken and onions and the contents spilled all over my shirt and table. That was a harbinger. Let's move to the Massaman Chicken. It was more of a liquid than a sauce. Having made the dish many a time, this comes from a little too much coconut milk and not reducing the sauce for enough time. Sometimes it comes from rushing--but this is speculation. The chicken was cut into pleasant morsels and was a little rubbery and dry, the onions were nice and soft and tasty, and the potatoes were cooked just right. The proportions of the solid ingredients felt about right. The Pad Thai--frankly it was ok...or almost ok. The noodles were cooked properly, and the red sauce was new for me in that when I order it at a restaurant or make it at home, the default is brown from higher amounts of soy sauce. The other ingredients in the Pad Thai were scant--very little chicken, for instance, but other ingredients were sparse too. I saw a small pile of bean shoots and carrots and perhaps someone should have mixed it all up first (kitchen vs. customers) but by the time the dish made its way to me it was basically noodles. The Pad Se Ew was not a winner. It was off. First, it might have been overcooked or under-seasoned, but it was not right. Also, too, there were too many veggies and other ingredients and too little or few noodles. This dish can be made many different ways, and the sauce can be a serious and conscientious build--this seemed to be not so complex and put together rather hastily. The spring rolls are not your typical Chinese-restaurant-takeout-fried-egg roll style deliverable. The presentation was much more sophisticated and elegant, and they looked like works of art. I did not try them but the diners I was with did--and they said they tasted just as as they looked. There was a bit of food left over...some of the other folks I dined with asked for containers to bring them home-- I told them they needed to have their head examined... The service was a 1-2, the ambiance was a 2, all the dishes were 2s--maybe after a few drinks I'd give them a 2.5. Overall, if an average is 3, this was below that, so they get a 2.

BOA... Personally, we love Thai cuisine, this however, was hands down the worst Thai food…read moreexperience we've ever had. Prices are astronomical for not only the portion size but also the quality. Basic curries start at $32 and if you want any protein (chicken, beef, seafood) it easily is $36-40+ for one single curry dish. They ought to offer financing options for their outrageous prices. It's almost remarkable how someone is able to cook beef so old and dry in a vat of curry broth but surprisingly it can be done! The beef tasted like it was definitely old and cooked very dry. Not even seared just dry. It's borderline criminal to serve food this bad for this much money. The curry itself, beef aside, was just a pile of bamboo chutes, a few bell peppers and a frugal driblet of broth. Any other Thai restaurant on the island you get 10x the quality for $15. Thai ice tea was good, but overall incredibly disappointing. Wouldn't recommend until they change up the kitchen/menu prices. If you're incredibly enthusiastic about a $36 bowl of bamboo chutes, this place is for you.

The inside of this space feels very sleek and high end. There's a nice bar and tables in front, as well as a few hibachi tables in the back. The menu here is extensive and truly a fusion of Asian cuisines. Can't decide behind Chinese, Thai, or Japanese food? At Tony's you can have it all. I had been under the weather the previous week, so I opted for some hot and sour soup to kick things off and it was the exact cure I needed. Hot and sour and chock full of mushrooms, it really hit the spot. The pork dumplings were decent as well, and the chicken lettuce wraps were fresh and crisp. I ordered tea as well which came in a kettle and was perfectly brewed. We also tried the Massaman curry which had just the right amount of spice and sweetness to it. This place is pricey, but the portions were huge, so I couldn't even be mad. The service was a bit slow, but again, willing to overlook that if the food is good (which it was). If you've been avoiding this place due to bad reviews, I would say you should reconsider.

Dark paneled, highly polished wood and Asian accent prices blend with low lighting, neon and the ambient pulsing of low-key club music. Our waiter was... stoic. Huggy feely was not on the menu apparently. But that was fine. He was prompt and attentive and that's all we really want when we head out. Fairly extensive menu with a lot of sushi-house standards as well as their own specialty rolls (which, I guess, is a pretty standard thing to do as well). We got the ceviche for an app which was very small and pretty basic. Also got the Crunchy Crunchy Crunchy which was more interesting. Soft, spicy tuna provided a nice counterbalance to the fried seaweed. Oyster Bay roll featured a thin slice of jalapeño on top of each piece with a dollop of spicy Mayo. Not really hot (then again, I tend to like napalm on my wings) but had a pleasant and persistent kick. We have ordered takeout as well. Their Thai options seem to be fairly done. They should get an award for the most over-the-top take out bags. Overall, a nice night out. Happy with the service, ambiance and, most importantly, the food. We'll be back!

The chicken satay with peanut sauce was excellent...generously sized chicken skewers with very tasty slight sweet peanut sauce. The Crab Rangoon was also excellent. My friend is more of fan of these than I am and didn't plan on eating more than one, but these were so flavorful and crispy...maybe the best crab Rangoon I've had. The Vietnamese Boon with beef lemongrass was great! I loved that the beef was cut into small pieces/shreds. The beef had so much flavor there was almost no need to add the sweet/sour sauce to the noodles. The sweet/sour sauce was excellent too. I would have liked a bit more cilantro on the boon, but that 's my personal preference. I can't comment on the decor/ambiance because my friend went in to get the take out order. The street it is located on is very small/narrow so I had to stay in the car in case I needed to move it (since I was blocking the street). The pick up was so quick I didn't need to move the car.

The curry ramen was filled with a spicy flavorful broth and a healthy serving of accoutrements but the chicken was very dry. Given that was my only complaint and the woman who served me was extremely gracious, mountain moose earns my recommendation. Note, if you're looking for massamam curry, just go to a Thai restaurant.
