Great for lunch breaks or dinner with the family. Efficient service and good drink options.

I'm tickled by all the reviews that inform us that this is "Americanized Chinese food," as if there wasn't an entire network of these restaurants and that wasn't the norm. The prices here seem to incrementally increase, but the food is still relatively inexpensive and it is exactly what you think it is. Get: The shrimp egg rolls here are old school, loaded with shrimp and quite tasty. Meh: The hot and sour soup is loaded with stuff (mushrooms, tofu, egg, bamboo shoots, what I think is pork), but it's not really hot or sour and it has too much corn starch. I'd probably try something else next time. I ordered the General Tso's chicken because of someone else's review, and it was fine. But again, I'd probably try something else next time. It was loaded with crisp, not overcooked broccoli (yay!) and the texture was good. But again, not spicy. There was an overabundance of corn starch and sweetness, but it held up well for leftovers. I will definitely work my way around this menu and find my favorites. This place has been around forever but I hadn't tried it before. I like that they don't give you a thousand plastic utensils. You pick up sauces at a side counter and there are chopsticks in the drawers. There are no tables to eat inside, but you can take it home or eat in the park nearby. If you call ahead, your order will be ready by the time you arrive and identified by your phone number. Cash only. read more

Just really good Chinese food, comparable to good places in the boroughs. Fair prices and good size portions. Not too salty. Also, very quick service. Ordered fried rice, lo mein and chicken / broccoli. Solid place. read more

Fast, tasty and reasonably priced. Pick up only a great addition to the town of Sag Harbor.

Everything is ok The only problem is they don't take credit cards I think they have to improve this read more

Nice guys but the food is not good. I really want to give a better review but the food ranges from mediocre to just bad. And it's not cheap. And they only accept cash while providing a high fee ATM on sight. Unfortunately not many other options for Chinese so I guess they don't feel any pressure to be better. read more

Great, classic NY-style Chinese food. Been eating here since I was a kid. Prices reasonable even though they are on Main Street in Sag Harbor! Always happy read more

Spicy eggplant in brown sauce is delicious. Just really wanted to add a menu so that people can see their options :) read more

The worst part of leaving EH is we won't get to go to Sing City every week. Best take out on LI. read more

Horrible food. Large vegetable fried rice had a couple green peas and carrots probably frozen food and a few slivers of barely cooked onions. I couldn't eat one fork full and I was so hungry. No taste, no seasoning. Nada. Egg roll was spoiled or maybe the oil was rancid. I couldn't swallow...So disappointed. Never again. Yuck. read more

I waited to go there a second time before leaving a review because everyone deserves a second chance. Not only are they way overpriced but the food is just the worst. Both times it was over $80 for me alone and the amount of salt and or MSG was off the chart, but the food was cold and saturated with grease. They won't be getting my money again. Stay clear folks. read more

Be going to Sing City all my life it's not only best Chinese in Sag Harbor, but the only. I do only order one thing every time but I highly suggest everyone try the Boneless Spare Ribs. THEY. ARE. THE. BEST! Bring it home, fry an egg, serve it on top. Bone Apple teeth Save the left overs and serve over scramble eggs for a delicious hang over cure breakfast.. I call it Pink Eggs. read more

Sing City - Boneless Spare Ribs Fried Egg on Top - Chinese Near Me - Sag Harbor, New York

Amazing food and super fast. Great taste as well. Cash only is hard but they are more than open about it.

Sing City is my new go-to Chinese place. The Southampton Chinese food locations leave much to be desired; my family and I dealt with years of inconsistency. Having visited Sing City several times now, I applaud them for their speed, customer service, and quality. The food is ALWAYS hot and delicious. The prices are a little high for Chinese, but it's worth shelling out a couple of extra bucks when you know what you're getting is going to taste great. I believe that you pay for what you get here! Do not expect any frills just because it's in the Hamptons: this is a super standard Chinese food takeout place. read more

Exactly what I thought excellent food service was wonderful and nice place only do take out

Good food! Fast service! If you're looking for quality Chinese food with fast service, go to Sing City!

This was the only late night place open (Hamptons late is something I will never get used to). So we weren't also expecting it to be some of the most enjoyable Chinese food we've had in a long time! The style was slightly different than the takeout I'm used to; for example the steamed dumplings are like a cross between a bun and a jiaozi rather than one or the other, but such a good texture. The moo shu pork and orange chicken were also great, and the egg drop soup was AMAZING! The staff there was also so patient as we raced across town while they got ready to close. read more

I grew up on Shelter Island so I know Sing City well. It's technically "just like every other Chinese food place" but it's cleaner and they are super nice. The prices are a bit higher than your average joe Chinese joint (you're in the Hamptons after all). The dumplings and the chicken & broccoli in brown sauce are my favorites, but they do most dishes quite well. The House Special Duck is awesome (great portion, perfectly crispy skin, served over fresh veggies)! Eggs rolls are true NY-Chinese food egg rolls. Living on the west coast I miss these SO much, they're only like this in NY. Sing City is the only option for Chinese in Sag, but luckily it's better than average. read more

This is the best Chinese food spot in Sag Harbor. Well, it's the only Chinese food spot, but it's definitely a good one. I go there at least once a week for lunch and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. The people there are always nice to me. They know my favorite order and the special way I like it cooked without me having to say it each time. It's the little details like this that really make a difference to me. I get the General Tso's chicken lunch special almost exclusively when I go there, but I've also had the sesame shrimp, the egg foo young, the fried dumplings, and the sesame chicken. They are all great, especially when you mention how you prefer them to be cooked. They don't deliver or accept credit cards, unfortunately, but those are minor inconveniences. Neither rain nor snow have ever stopped me from taking the 5 minute drive there, and I'm always glad that I did. read more

I ordered the string beans with brown sauce. String beans were clearly canned and not fresh. Very disappointing

I was extremely hungry and pulled over to this place on a whim. I ordered food for myself and doug

Ordered Chicken Chow Mein and there were no noodles, just soggy vegetables and very unappealing chicken - the spring rolls were decent, a little peppery. Also it was cash only but I was never told on the phone when I ordered read more

Great food in Sag Harbor!!! Friendly staff, delicious meals!!!

My husband does the pick up and they treat him like a king, know him by our phone number. Funny they always have his house mustard and crispy noodles ready. The staff is great, sweet and friendly. Fast food fast and the food is very good. You can always ask to have it cooked your way.Try the chicken wings, best shrimp and lobster sauce around but if your watching your salt intake ask them to leave it out. Other wise can't say enough good things. - Xiexie read more

Started going to Sing City, recently find the food, tasty and fresh. Asked for young Chow fried rice, this past weekend, found it was one of the better fried rice, that I've had from a Chinese take-out, had meat and shrimp, all the way through the bottom of the box. The tofu and broccoli in brown sauce, had large chunks of tofu, a lot bigger than any other Chinese restaurant that I've ordered from. The shrimp and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Order a few other dishes, and everything was fine,. Place looks clean, the staff was friendly, prices seem fair. read more

Mediocre chinese takeout but at Hamptons prices. I've tried them 4-5 times in the last three years. A few times the food went right in the trash as it was awful. The other times it was acceptable. Being the only Chinese takeout around I've given them more chances than I should. Service is not at all friendly. Combo plates that would be $7 in Queens are literally twice the price and nearly half as tasty. read more

Been here 4-5 times in the last few years. Every time I go in hoping that the last experience was somehow my fault. Everything I've ordered there has been pretty much inedible. Greasy yet tasteless. Overpriced. I've had some bad Chinese takeout in my time but this takes the cake. Somehow it seems everyone out this way raves about it. It's the only game in town. Sag Harbor has too few fast dining options. We need better. read more

This place has HUGE portions but lacked anything special. It was a very average Chinese store that you would find in any city. Was really disappointed. The only highlight was the pork rib. Do not go anywhere near the wonton soup or anything with shrimp in it. read more

Looking for the ultimate succulent Chinese meal in the hamptons? You've come to the right place. By far the best artisanal gourmet Chinese food in the WORLD. To some it's just food, but to Sing City it's all about the art and craftsmanship that goes into creating a dish. read more

If you've got a hankering for Chinese food that tastes as if it had been cooked in motor oil, look no further.

Never again. 1. They forgot the egg roll I ordered but remembered to charge me. 2. The dumplings, while massive, tasted so unpleasant and the accompanying dipping sauce was so flavorless that I couldn't even finish one one and the remainder went into the trash. 3. The chicken with broccoli was also lacking in flavor and I ate less than 20% of the order. I am going to end up giving the rest to an intern so the $30 I shelled out doesn't go entirely to waste. read more

Just a plain old Chinese takeout joint. The food is not gourmet but they are good at what they do. All the classic Chinese takeout dishes are here and all prepared reasonably well. Nothing stands out but nothing is awful either. So if your hungry for your classic Chinese takeout Sing's will satisfy your craving. Just remember to stop at the cash machine cause no credit cards and no checks. Also a little pricier then this type of joint usually is but you are on the East End of Long Island. read more

Visiting Sag Harbor today. Decided to do Chinese for lunch. I ordered shrimp with Lobster source and chicken and broccoli. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Super delicious. The place is clean and the young lady who took the order was pleasant. Prices are reasonable. Will visit again next time in Sag Harbor. read more

Quality food, clean atmosphere, friendly service. Pricey for Chinese but it's the Hamptons what do you expect.

It is NOT gourmet Chinese by any means...but it fits the bill when you want Chinese takeout...place is clean. Food is freshly made..kinda overpriced-then again, we're in the Hamptons read more

Check your order before you leave, long time customer, had little to complain about here but they 'forgot' a bunch of our order yet still charged full price... Used to think it was an accident but it's kind of a regular thing at this point according to my friends. read more
