The prices here seem to incrementally increase, but the food is still relatively inexpensive and it is exactly what you think it is. Get: The shrimp egg rolls here are old school, loaded with shrimp and quite tasty. Meh: The hot and sour soup is loaded with stuff (mushrooms, tofu, egg, bamboo shoots, what I think is pork), but it's not really hot or sour and it has too much corn starch. I'd probably try something else next time. I ordered the General Tso's chicken because of someone else's review, and it was fine. But again, I'd probably try something else next time. It was loaded with crisp, not overcooked broccoli (yay!) and the texture was good. But again, not spicy. There was an overabundance of corn starch and sweetness, but it held up well for leftovers. I will definitely work my way around this menu and find my favorites. This place has been around forever but I hadn't tried it before. I like that they don't give you a thousand plastic utensils. You pick up sauces at a side counter and there are chopsticks in the drawers. There are no tables to eat inside, but you can take it home or eat in the park nearby. If you call ahead, your order will be ready by the time you arrive and identified by your phone number. Cash only.

I have no complaints about the food. We mostly ordered some boring but tasteful Thai dishes so we never really saw what this restaurant was capable of. And I understand in large groups, sometimes the personal effect of proper service can be compromised. But there is no excuse for the waitress screaming at the patrons. Here is what happened. The waitress was behind me and she was clearly frustrated with the large group. Trying to get the groups attention, she actually screamed "who wants more wine?" And she screamed right into my ears as I was seated in front of her. I said "Don't scream in my ears!". And do you know her response? She said "well then, don't listen!" She simply could've said "I'm sorry" and that would've been the end of it!no yelp critique. The rest of the dinner was plagued with poor attention by the waitress. Dishes took over a half hour to come. No need for that. We were ordering noodle dishes, ten minute tops. Will I return?perhaps because they are the only game in town. They have a captive audience. Maybe the waitress was just having a bad evening. Still, there's no excuse for her behavior.

If you're not afraid to drive here, our office can't see where you could go wrong.. Very generous servings, where the boxes are stuffed to the top (and they're not afraid to load your chicken and broccoli with chicken). They're consistently polite and accommodating, especially with dividing up and paying for orders separately. Our office orders from here regularly and they have never gotten an order wrong. read more

I sat at the bar, next to the sushi bar- no seating directly at the sushi bar- boo!!! I asked for a beer and got one. It was cool but not warm- another no-no. Maybe it's because it was 80° inside... I ordered a sushi special- 8 pieces of nigiri and the fish was perfect. Price was right too. Prior, I was also served standard duck sauce and Asian chips, a nice touch. Finally, I don't know what what the deal was with my server but he literally kicked my barstool 6 times when he walked by me tending to other tables and not once did he apologize.
