The inside of this space feels very sleek and high end. There's a nice bar and tables in front, as well as a few hibachi tables in the back. The menu here is extensive and truly a fusion of Asian cuisines. Can't decide behind Chinese, Thai, or Japanese food? At Tony's you can have it all. I had been under the weather the previous week, so I opted for some hot and sour soup to kick things off and it was the exact cure I needed. Hot and sour and chock full of mushrooms, it really hit the spot. The pork dumplings were decent as well, and the chicken lettuce wraps were fresh and crisp. I ordered tea as well which came in a kettle and was perfectly brewed. We also tried the Massaman curry which had just the right amount of spice and sweetness to it. This place is pricey, but the portions were huge, so I couldn't even be mad. The service was a bit slow, but again, willing to overlook that if the food is good (which it was). If you've been avoiding this place due to bad reviews, I would say you should reconsider.

I have no complaints about the food. We mostly ordered some boring but tasteful Thai dishes so we never really saw what this restaurant was capable of. And I understand in large groups, sometimes the personal effect of proper service can be compromised. But there is no excuse for the waitress screaming at the patrons. Here is what happened. The waitress was behind me and she was clearly frustrated with the large group. Trying to get the groups attention, she actually screamed "who wants more wine?" And she screamed right into my ears as I was seated in front of her. I said "Don't scream in my ears!". And do you know her response? She said "well then, don't listen!" She simply could've said "I'm sorry" and that would've been the end of it!no yelp critique. The rest of the dinner was plagued with poor attention by the waitress. Dishes took over a half hour to come. No need for that. We were ordering noodle dishes, ten minute tops. Will I return?perhaps because they are the only game in town. They have a captive audience. Maybe the waitress was just having a bad evening. Still, there's no excuse for her behavior.

The room was appropriately lit- darker than it appeared from outside but it was nice- I hate brightly lit dining rooms. Tables were lit well from above. I sat at the bar, next to the sushi bar- no seating directly at the sushi bar- boo!!! I asked for a beer and got one. It was cool but not warm- another no-no. Maybe it's because it was 80° inside... I ordered a sushi special- 8 pieces of nigiri and the fish was perfect. Price was right too. Prior, I was also served standard duck sauce and Asian chips, a nice touch. Finally, I don't know what what the deal was with my server but he literally kicked my barstool 6 times when he walked by me tending to other tables and not once did he apologize.
