Just super typical, if not mid, takeout Chinese. We got the General Tso which was decent but a bit soggy, we got the crab rangoons which were decent very typical. We've been taking out food from Lin's recently and everything has been very good, tried Chicken with Garlic Sauce, Moo Goo Gai Pan, Beef with Chinese Vegetables and all dishes have been excellent. We have been ordering from Lin's kitchen for many years now. They were always very good, and the price was always right. This year they have kind of lost their touch, the food tastes a bit different. The variety for the cost is not great. Dumplings have a mint flavor to them now. My egg roll didn't have any meat in it, which is unusual. And I ordered chicken with Chinese vegetables, and the only vegetables they had added were large chunks of onion, celery, and water chestnuts. MOSTLY onion though. We are going to start trying out different spots in the are. Hopefully Lin's Kitchen picks their game up again. They used to be amazing. Now they are meh. Hadn't ordered from Lin's in a couple years. Thought we would give it a try. Ordered for delivery. Told forty minutes came shortly before. The meal was terrible. The vegetable lo mein had about a half dozen pieces of broccoli and almost nothing else, all noodles. The egg rolls were thin and tasteless. Spring rolls were so thin they were almost transparent. Chicken wings were so breaded they were inedible unless the skin was removed. Dumplings were ok, but on the thin side. Wonton soup was short on the noodles and heavy on the broth. So why not call and complain? You ever try doing that after they drop off food? No thanks. Poor ingredients, careless preparation. One and done. They make a good Crab Rangoon that they serve with a honey mustard type sauce that is different, and good and they also have great General Tso's chicken and Wantons in Garlic Sauce. Lin's Kitchen has very tasty food, good variety, and good prices. They do local delivery too. We like the scallion pancakes especially. They also have some good vegetarian dishes. We've always had a good experience with them. read more

This place is hit or miss. When it is a hit, it is seriously good!!! But when it's not it's such a let down. We keep ordering, though. I think it's maybe when it's busy that the quality suffers, or maybe when the wrong person is cooking? Worth the risk, though :) read more

I give lin's 5 stars because when I get chinese I allways get beef or chicken with broccoli,maybe an egg roll,or soup which is delicious. Most chinese restaurnts the beef or chicken w broccoli sauce is light in color and tastless. Lin's sauce is dark and rich in flavor. Priceless. From my experience a light sauce is usually tastless,a dark sauce rich and tasty. Prove me wrong. read more

Solid Chinese food at good prices, with quick service. We ordered several dishes from the "healthy" section on the back (no MSG, no corn starch, etc.), and all were tasty. Your choice of sauce comes in a separate container, so you can determine how much to use. AND you get freebies when you spend over certain amounts -- we got a free order of sesame chicken, for spending $35. Everything is great, but it was very busy at dinnertime, and their credit card machine runs through the phone line -- so they rang us up like twelve times for as many minutes, and the phone kept ringing, they answered to take orders, and we really just wanted to drive off with our good-smelling food. I moved to area a few years ago and the Chinese restaurants around here are few. Especially ones that delivers. Food is edible. Good in a pinch. One thing that really gets me is they always forget to give noodles. I enjoy noodles with my soup and w/out its not the same. I complained several times. One time they came back with noodles for me. Used to love this place. I especially liked their choice of fresh produce and not from a can. The issue I have begun to notice more and more, is the food is extremely greasy. I regularly order chicken and broccoli - I see them deep frying the broccoli and then throwing it in my the chicken. The egg foo young is so greasy I can't eat it. Went to Lin's Kitchen for a take out of General Tso's Chicken combo. The combo included chicken, broccoli and pork fried rice. The dish also included a pork fried egg roll. The chicken in this dish was putrid at best...General TSO'S chicken is my go to dish when I order Chinese food. The chicken was so well done and dry it was almost inedible. There was barley any sauce on the chicken...It was as if it just came out of the fryer and they dribbled a little sauce on it..The chicken pieces were all different sizes so the cooked differently the smaller pieces were like rubber with no taste The broccoli was cold and almost raw, and the pork fried rice was very was bland and over cooked, the onions were chopped way big for my taste. It appeared as if they diced large pieces of deli ham and mixed it in the rice...Did not try the egg roll since the baggie it came in was leaking grease....Good luck...There are better places close by... read more
