It's good - I prefer Szechuan garden up the street. SG is the best Chinese takeout I've on on Longuyland More detailed review coming soon THIS has been a review by Gaurav read more

I really don't like writing negative things, but wow. This is quite possibly the most bland chinese take out I've ever had, and I love my Chinese take out! We got chicken egg foo young, pad Thai, steamed tofu and broccoli, wonton soup and general tso. My biggest complaint would be the steamed tofu and broccoli came with the sauce IN it... every time I've ever ordered on the diet menu/steamed dishes, it always comes on the side. The sauce was alright, not the worst but this might have been Michael Phelps tofu bc it was swimming in the sauce. So much!! The chicken egg foo young was a bit greasy and bland. Gravy had no flavor at all. General Tso was over fried, sauce was okay, fried rice is quite possibly the worst I have ever had, no redeeming quality about it whatsoever, tasted almost like freezer burn which was odd. The wonton soup is basically water with doughy balls of wontons- tough, chewy and very little flavor. While edible, it was pretty mediocre. Pad Thai noodles tasted like they just boiled the noodles and added veggies. No flavor to be found. So unfortunate. Was really hoping that this would be the one that would end our search for good Chinese in this area. Guess we'll have to keep trying! Skip this one! read more

The food here is pretty good for Chinese food in the area. I'm from queens but this is my new go to spot in my new area. The service is great always friendly. Not really a place for ambiance. read more

I ordered shrimp fried rice from this place and it was terrible. The rice was pale the shrimp was mushy. Took it back to be remade and I was told that's how they make it. I will never eat there again. Buyer beware. read more

Our first time and won't be our last! Food piping hot when delivered. Each dish from soup to eggplant with chicken were tasty. Also items packed with no spillage- important to me. You know it's good when nobody is talking while eating. lol read more

Never had a problem until today when i got to the bottom of my vegetable eggroll and bit into a piece of shrimp. Currently on my way to the hospital. Clear cross contamination. Will never ever eat food from here again read more

Yummy Kitchen - Shrimp in my VEGETABLE eggroll - Chinese Near Me - Coram, New York

Favorite place ever! I've been coming here since they first opened. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The front counter women are very attentive and prompt. As per the last review, I don't see the issue with them working since they are in college.... hard working people who dedicate basically their entire life to this business. The food is wonderful! I always get shrimp with broccoli and pork fried rice. The cheese wontons are delightful. Scallion pancakes are another must try! I usually pick up, but delivery is also pretty quick. Whenever I go out of state, all other Chinese food can not compare to Yummy Kitchen. Perfect location since a 7-11 is next door if you want to pick up other snacks or rent from the RedBox. Bless this location during these rough times. Support local businesses! read more

We used to order from this place a lot. But the food and service has gone down hill. The food is bland, has no taste and many times over or undercooked. read more

During covid-19 pandemic it was a good place to order from. It felt right. The steps they took for curbside was convenient. Food was good too. I posted pictures and will continue as I order more from there. read more

I could kick myself for coming back here, but 7-11 is next door, and I only needed soup for my sick daughter, so it was convenient. I ordered a quart of chicken and rice soup - $3.75 on the menu. Once again, they have their young daughters running the front counter. I ask for extra white rice in the soup. She discusses with her Mother, and rings up $6.75. I said, the menu says $3.75. She responds that I want extra white rice. I pay and go to 7-11, really upset. I start thinking, she is charging me $3.00 for extra rice?? That is insane!! I could get a box of minute rice for less and do it myself, in fact, a pint of white rice is on the menu for less!!! I go back, cancel the order, and get my money back. This place is a bunch of crooks, and I will never go back. read more

Yummy Kitchen - SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN.... FRIED RICE.... FRIED WONTONS.. HOME MADE SPICY MUSTARD.... BEST IF THE BEST ON LONG ISLAND - Chinese Near Me - Coram, New York

It was gross. The second day was better after being able to jazz it up when reheating it in the pan

Not really very good. Average - exactly what you expect from bad take out. It was hot but nothing to write home about.

Service Sucks food Sucks I was on hold for eight minutes to place an order Try it ones give it the Benefit of the doubt the 2nd I order and last time too BYE BYE read more

Make sure to check your order before you leave! They take your order repeat it to you, and still get it wrong. They seem to be confused when they take your order so double check and make sure it's correct on what you ordered! The customer service at this establishment is very poor. read more

Worst place ever. People working are really rude. Never order again Food isn't that great. Extremely disappointing

worst people ever with a huge attitude problem and no idea how to offer the customers a good experience or accept that they made a mistake and would rather fight with you instead of admitting they made a mistake . food is mediocre. don't bother move on. read more

I ordered 4 items from here lemon chicken, gen tso fried rice which were all very good. The 4th item was Beef chow fun. This was so bad we could not eat it. It had turned into something not good to eat. I called them up the next day and told them about it and they gave me an attitude like i wanted a refund (never asked for. One) and made me out to be a liar since i,m the only one that complained. A simple apology would have sufficed oh but no theyre claiming i made the whole thing up. I just hope no one had food poisoning from that chow fun. The only reason i gave 2 stars was the rest of the order was ok. I was very tempted to give it 1 star for extremely poor customer service . I would never go back there read more

Worst take out experience I've ever had. Aside from the rude service, one of the children ran out from behind the counter and kicked me in the shin as I was waiting for my food. Then the cook came out and laughed at me as he kicked me again. When I got home, there were no utensils, sauces, or napkins. My General Tso's chicken was all batter and my husband's dish was missing completely. When I called to at least ask for the missing dish they yelled at me and said I didn't order there. Don't even bother. read more

We tried them once a few months back....they forgot the Mylanta-filled fortune cookies that should have gone with the order. I ordered chicken & cashew nuts, which upset my stomach for hours afterwards.( When I called them, some woman started yelling at me that I didn't buy my food there.) My wife just ordered wonton soup, chicken wings, and rice...she was fine. We wound up back at Ming Gardens up by Best Yet....not the best Chinese I've ever had, but at least I've never gotten sick on the food. read more

Since the local Chinese food staple Szechuan closed years ago, we've been bouncing from place to place from Rocky Point to Stony Brook until my son told us to try this place ....very solid choice! Everything was fresh and super tasting...def worth a try!! read more

The food is consistently good. I usually order sliced roast pork with mixed vegetables in black bean sauce, which is delicious. My only issue is the hot and sour soup needs improvement. Have taken out many times and enjoy the food. read more

Soo soo good! I went to every Chinese food place around and this is my favorite place by far! Will def be back soon!

Ordered from here tonight and was told 20 minutes we can pick up, we got there on time and we called to let them know we were outside. Had to call 3 times to let them know we were outside. Finally 50 minutes later the food comes out. I said this food has been on your counter this whole time. I saw when you placed the food down and when you brought it out. The girl gave me an attitude and didn't even apologize. Made it seem it was my fault. Get home chicken is cold. Soup is cold too. Won't be going here again. read more

Just ordered from them for the first time. They forgot my lo mein and didn't give me red sauce for my sweet and sour chicken.

Honestly I have been ordering from here for 7 years now and I have no complaints. I'm from Brooklyn and this is the best Chinese food I've had to date. Consistently delicious food, fast service, and very nice staff. What a gem. read more

The best chinese place near coram. I always get the general tsos, mixed veggies, with pork fried rice. Its consistently delicious, generous portions, quality meat, fresh veggies. Ask for the sauce on the side if you're getting delivery so it doesnt get soggy. read more

This is my go to spot their food is consistently great and their portions are good. The chicken dishes aren't overcooked like a few other places in the area and they have the best dumpling sauce around. Not to mention that I've never had to wait more than 25 minutes for my food. I have this place on speed dial now lol read more

Great food but the girls definitely need to be a little more polite taking orders their very nasty!!!

THE BEST Chinese food on LI as far as I'm concerned! I refuse to order from virtually any other place because I've gotten so used to YK making everything EXACTLY how I like it that even if another place's food was excellent, I'd probably still be disappointed! YK for life, hope they stay around for years and years to come! read more

Waited an hour and a half for food and when it got here it was completely wrong. When I called the girl on the phone gave me a shitty attitude and told me it was my fault, and that the correct order would cost me another $1.50 and I had to return all of the food delivered untouched or they wouldn't replace it. Yeah, never again. read more

Delicious!! The dumplings are amazing!! Fresh, tasty, low sodium, everything is authentic. Best around!

A hidden gem. The food is fresh and delicious. They treat my family so well and service is quick and pleasant

Gotta say they have some great boneless ribs and sweet and sour chicken! The lady at the counter is very nice and they are very fast. I come here for lunch sometimes and they are great! They deliver too! read more

We have been ordering from Yummy Kitchen regularly for more than 3 years, and never had a problem. Tonight was different. We requested one of our dishes to be extra spicy. The kitchen erroneously made all of our dishes extra spicy to the point that we could not eat them. When we called to discuss it and asked they replace the food they refused, saying that since we tasted it they wouldn't exchange it. How else would we know it wasn't what we asked for unless we tried it?!? There are many other restaurants to choose from, in the future that's exactly what we'll do. Oh, and others should take note that they now put a delivery fee on your bill! read more

Food is good but the girl who answers the phone should be fired! She is so rude and nasty. I've only continued to order from them because it's good food. But how do you allow this girl to stay?? I would order more from them but I dread making that call. read more
