This company removed several trees from my neighbor's yard and in the process trampled and destroyed plants in my front yard. They had to take down a portion of my fence so they could access the neighbor's yard and they did a poor job of putting the fence back together. They did give a nice apology for this and replanted one small banana tree for me. They told me that I needed a tree in my front yard removed to prevent it from damaging the neighbor's house, so of course I agreed. In retrospect, I wonder if they just wanted it removed to make their job at my neighbor's easier. The big problem I had with them is that they told me that they were going to remove the tree and it's roots for one price. I paid them and they removed the tree but not the roots. They said they would come back and remove the just the top part of the roots but never came back. I gave the 2 stars instead of the one because the workers were nice enough to cut some logs for me from my neighbor's tree to put around my campfire. The salesman is a fast talker. Tony and his crew did a good job on trimming two large trees in our backyard and removing another smaller tree. He was supposed to trim a Queen palm but discovered that it was dying from disease so we had him remove the tree also. He was very prompt and professional with his initial visit and immediately emailed me their estimate along with their insurance certificates. The crew was able to start the next day after completing the necessary safety checks (trees were close to power lines) and did a good job with the trees. I verified before hiring if they would insure palm trimmings would not end up in pool as it was just refilled and remolded day before literally. When crew started they had no regard absolutely for my pleas to protect pool. Zero tarp as promised absolutely zero regard for property. Also was not pleased with how they trimmed palms. Fantastic work by this crew on our four palm trees out back. They trimmed them the way they said they would and did a nice job cleaning up the yard afterwards, as well. Horrible job at cleaning up their mess!!! This company recently did some tree trimming service next door and left a major mess in my backyard with huge amount of branches and leaves. They did not even bother to clean it up. I had to pay someone to clean my backyard because of the horrible mess they left behind!!! They should pay me back for the cost in cleaning my backyard due to the mess they made. The branches that dropped in my backyard also KILLED a lot of my recently planted ornamental plants ($355 worth). I do not recommend people using this company. They do not know how to properly clean up after the mess they made. read more

I can't say enough amazing things about Mr. Tony and his crew of rockstars! Real Professionals! Tony was at my house within a half hour of my call to give me a more than fair quote and he had his guys ripping out trees and big shrubs in no time! The crew worked hard nonstop until the huge job was done!
