We were recommended Turf Bros from a family friend who had a great experience with them. We got a visit from our sales person shortly after making first contact. The price was great but we kept changing our design of our backyard, no problem, they adjust the prices and gave us some help deciding on materials to use. We did this a few times. Never had an issue, were never pushed into anything and once we finally got it down. We scheduled install shortly after. The installation was very fast and they fielded all our concerning questions on site and throughout the process. The crew cleaned up and TF took pictures before and after. I can't say anything bad about the process and the quality of work. We have dogs and it's almost been a year since we installed (Dec 2022). The turf did well with the crazy California rain we had this past year and the dogs haven't even damaged it. It's doing better than I thought and it does not smell or stain from the dogs. My tuff was installed about a year ago. I love my tuff the day it was installed and I still love it a day later. From start to finish every one that worked on the project was great to work with. They listen to my concerns and answered any questions I had. The tuff looks as beautiful as the day they installed it. I have a 35 pound dog and I was concerned about the tuff smelling once the dog started to go to the bathroom on it. The products they used for the install are amazing. A year later and there is still no urine smell! The tuff to this point has been maintenance free, except for the tree leaves that drop on it that need to be blown off. I had a large front lawn that I had literally changed out the grass 3x and spent a small fortune on water. I kept avoiding doing turf for various reasons. God knows why. The best decision I ever made and Turf Bros did a great job. Turf Bros was actually the lowest price which concerned me but they did a top notch job. In two days it was all done...mostly on the first day...no dimples from the nailing, all flat as a pancake, looks very natural. See the pics. The biggest surprise to me is that both dogs love it. Most turf is very false when you walk on it...not this stuff. Both dogs run around and pee and poop on it. It took them one day to dig out the old lawn and complete the preparation fo the final installation of the turf. It looks outstanding and I have had this now for over a month and it still looks great and is easy to care for. I wanted a more realistic looking grass so I selected their most expensive, but that was the right choice.
