I've honestly never had a business make that kind of commitment, and it speaks volumes about his integrity and customer-first approach. The installation crew of three was outstanding. Steve and his crew are regular people that treat others with kindness and respect not because they have to, but because that's who they are. They fixed a leaky pipe in my backyard without having to pull up my pavers and then they fixed a pipe in my front planter that solved low pressure on my drip lines. No fuss, no extra charges or unnecessary parts and labor. This location here is where you actually purchase and pick up the supplies. We were able to find everything we needed for our projects at Thompson. We made several trips; scoops of base and sand, sacks of material, and pallets of pavers. Fairly quick to get everything too, not a long wait ever, if any. The staff at this materials location is definitely not as friendly or helpful as the Design location, but then they aren't trying to get your business, at this point they already have it. The people at the counter are still nice enough and fairly helpful, depending on who you talk to. The workers in the back getting the scoops and pallets are quick and get the job done fast, they are the backbone! Pricing is great! And took hardly any time to get what we needed. Keep in mind you have to actually look at the designs and decide what you want at the Design location then order and pay for your items at this location, so that's where it got slightly confusing. And maybe because on our first trip there, the computers were down, so things were a bit amiss. However, if just getting scoops or non-design items then you can go directly to this location to get that type of material. See? It's a bit confusing, but you'll catch on. If we can, anyone can! Was referred to Turf Bros by my neighbor, who is notoriously picky about the quality of ... well, everything. He did his front yard and it looked immaculate, so I asked him who did it, he mentioned this company out of Woodland Hills (which I thought was odd since we're in OC) and wouldn't stop raving about them. I called them, and eventually found out why. Andrew came by and patiently explained all our options. He gave us different quotes, showed us samples, shared pictures of previous jobs, took countless photos and measurements, and by the end of it we were shocked to see their price was actually slightly less than we were bracing for. He then quoted us the time it took, which sounded to good to be true... and it was: he actually underpromised how long the install would take. It was faster than that. The install crew came one morning, and instead of taking the two days Andrew promised, they were done in about 6hs. The work was done impeccably, they asked for feedback before they were done, and had us review before leaving to make sure we were happy. 6 months later, I'm as happy as the first morning I woke up to a green backyard. Cannot recommend these guys enough!! read more

Other companies did not even want to provide a quote since our job was under 300 sq. ft. Andrew came by to give us an estimate on a Saturday. Not on his original route nor in his usual area. He took his time to explain the different products and price points available. He left a couple of sample pieces so we could decide between shades and drainage designs. He gave us ample time to ask questions and prepared a quote. Once we agreed to the contract, he gave us a window of time for the installation. Once installation day arrived, the first crew dropped off the products. The install crew came in shortly after and got busy. They did a great job and cleaned up not only the work area but the street, sidewalk and curb where they had parked. We were turning the dogs loose in the back and enjoying our upgrade by dinner. The team from Turf Bros team was very helpful from the beginning to the end of our project. One of their sales guys brought several samples of turf and helped us work through the possibilities. Since we were working with a relatively small section of our yard, he had a lot of ideas to help the turf look more natural, including integrating it with a natural stone pathway. A few weeks later the team did the install in one day, and it looks great. The only small snag was that they ran out of filler sand on our driveway strip, but they were able to put that in a week later. Let's start over, tried to correct spelling and lost you. We have had our lawn for more than a year and are completely happy with it. Our neighbor had a lawn installed like ours bug a differant company. It is a few months younger than ours and weeds are growing pretty long at the edges of the lawn and has really taken away from the looks of the lawn. Must be trimmed continually. I had my front yard done and they gave you plenty of options to pick from and I they do not try to up sale you by telling you to pick the higher priced turf. Lastly, if you have ever had work done on your house you are probably familiar with we can get the job done in so many days, but the company never makes that deadline, well Turf Bros told me it would take a day and half and they were done in that exact time. Great company to work with...customer service & expert installation. I have a small backyard area adjoining the pool deck & cabana, which several turf companies considered too small to bother with. Turf Bros gave me an estimate & I continued comp shopping. Turf Bros contacted me a month or so later and offered me a seasonal sale price, which I accepted. There was a small glitch during installation, but after contacting the project foreman, it was fixed the following day. The grass looks very natural & I have received several compliments on it. I found Turf Bros on Yelp. Somebody came promptly to measure my backyard and give an estimate. The whole process of installing artificial turf was thoroughly explained. Although the installation was not done on the day that was initially agreed upon, the rep was very apologetic. The installation went smoothly with no problems. A week after, some critter dug into one of the areas. We called them and they came back in a week to fix it, no problem. Overall very satisfied with my new artificial turf. I couldn't be happier with my installation and the turf itself. The work was done quickly and professionally, with the contractor introducing himself at the beginning of work and inviting any questions or concerns. No one even knows that it's artificial until I tell them. I was concerned about dogs, but found my Jackson happily asleep on it an hour after installation. The person in charge was belligerent and told me my car was already dirty. I called and spoke with Tyler the co-owner and while he apologized, he never ask for my information and would not pay to get my car washed which I suggested. The next day, the same worker used the leaf blower again and blew dirt all around the tenants cars AFTER I had already mentioned this issue. If they've been in business for awhile they should know to warn people to move their cars or cover stuff. Really poor judgment.

Installation process took 3 days and the transformation was amazing! The installation crew lead by Luis is top notch! They're all hard working and efficient and always kept me in the loop as to the installation process to ensure dimensions, spacing, corners, etc. meets my satisfaction.
