Horrible service, very dirty, rude bartenders, would give it zero stars if I could. Avoid this place !!

Recently I visited my hometown after many years of being absent to assist with a family emergency…read more One bright morning, I needed two things very badly: coffee, and a workspace. Chaffee's Brewhouse provided excellent drip coffee, espresso, and more. The service from the employees was excellent-on point, patience, informed, professional, and even better-friendly-the kind of friendly you only get from small midwestern towns. More importantly: there is food provided, and several rooms and areas to enjoy your food and drink, and Chaffees had an excellent quiet room that allowed me to setup my laptop and submit multiple million dollar proposals in while I drank my coffee. I can't wait to come back to town, if only for the coffee and the one thing I didn't get to do there: have a beer/cocktail at the end of the day. Don't pass this quiet but awesome establishment-its a great spot with great people.

Different vibe so it's not just a brew house it's coffee which is the reason we came for! :) One thing to mention it seemed the staff was new so give them grace as many were not able to answer certain answers about tea choices. However they were willing to add more milk to my drink when it seemed it did not have any, especially as an avid coffee drinker.

They are the reason we decided to come out tonight, and we were happy to get a parking spot and a table near the stage. Outstanding cocktails!! I tried the root beer float, the strawberry rum margarita with salt, and the lemon drop martini My husband thought his bacon cheese burger was delicious. I ordered a macaroni and cheese brisket, which the cashier repeated back to me. When they brought my husband's burger, I asked them where my meal was. They said it would be out later. Then, I ordered another drink and asked where my meal was. Again, they said it would be out. I ordered 2 more drinks and asked the same thing. Finally, after my fifth drink, the cashier said, "I don't have a brisket macaroni and cheese on your tab." I said, "I ordered it 2 hours ago and the other cashier read it back to me. I've asked about it multiple times since!!" She said, "well, I'll add it now." So we were there from 6 PM to 9 PM, and I did not receive my food until 8:30. I honestly think three stars is pretty generous on my part considering these "servers" tried the starve me to death and showed zero remorse when i complained about their indifference. Our total bill came to $118, which would have been fine if the food would have come out promptly. My husband overtipped them.

Our host was super friendly and helpful. What really sets this place apart is the bar. The whiskey and bourbon selection is massive, and the lineup of beers on tap is equally impressive. Nicole enjoyed a Boatshow IPA from Yellow Springs Brewery, while I had a tasty IPA from a town outside of Cleveland. Both hit the mark. For food, we kept it simple with wings and fries, and they were exactly what we needed -- hot, flavorful, and satisfying. Combined with the drinks, it made for a refreshing and enjoyable visit. Long Shots blends a fun golf experience with a top‑notch bar and solid food. Whether you're here to swing or just relax with a drink, it's a great spot in Troy.

And it's like a " bar / tavern " vibe , but with kids running around. Ordered a "large" supreme pizza , when the pizza was delivered , it clearly was NOT large ..... it was more like a cheap version of Tostitos pizza , and was WAY too spicy...... I could only choke down 3 squares of pizza ....( what a way to spend my Valentine's Day ) ...... thank God for the garlic toast , which was French bread loaded with butter and garlic . * I'm a pizza fanatic ..... this place is on the very bottom of my list of pizza joints ..... I would have rather bought a frozen pizza and garlic knots and cooked it myself , instead of forking out about 45.00 for a tiny pizza and mediocre garlic bread . * New Year Resolution : I'll be visiting at least 1-2 restaurants a week that I've never been to , and putting my reviews on Yelp ....

We ordered 5 pizzas and this fed 8 people with just a touch leftover for a lucky houseguest this week. This venue is just plain fun. You order at the counter and the staff delivers your order to your table number. The 8 of us shared 2 salads (plenty for 2-3 people each if you have your hearts set on eating lots of pizza or have 1 salad as your entree) .... We ordered 2 pepperoni (with hot honey), 1 butcher, 1 margarita, and 1 vegetarian pizza. All delightfully delicious and everyone was happy. Yep - it's that good!

Their set list is primarily 70's but they also do a current Chris stapleton song very well. They are trying hard to separate themselves from Ithika (80's, 90's and current), probably because their guitar player is from Ithika. This establishment serves food until 10:30. I enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwich with burger, tomatoes and bacon. My husband loved the potatoe wedges, which were enormous. The pizza was basic but not bad. Remember to ask for salt because the wedges are served without. They do not have a blender or margarita mix. I like Malibu coconut rum with pineapple and sprite. There are several stalls in the bathroom and plenty of mirrors to get cute. If you play Pokémon, there are gyms. There are pool tables in the back. You can't see the band from the pool area. There are lots of big screens for watching sports. Abundant Free parking I recommend adding desserts to the menu. 5 stars for reasonable price, delicious food, and extraordinary entertainment.

She was constantly on the phone with her friends and was talking so loud that I could hear her even while I was listening to music with earbuds. She even discussed with her friend on the phone that their other friends problem is "she doesn't believe in god", and she was going to text a message and screenshot it to her friend. This is something that shouldn't be discussed around guest. Besides for that, the place was very nice and clean.

On the other hand, it doesn't hold a candle to traditional airport lounges. I was quite surprised when I walked by and saw the sign that members of any airline club was welcome to walk in. Apparently it's sponsored and operated by the airport and the Dayton Chamber of Commerce. When I asked, the attendant seemed to indicate that anyone was welcome, so long as we filled up the sign-in sheet. But with only a few people in there, I'm betting the mere business-like appearance was intimidating to most passengers and warded them away.... But I knew better, so in I went. The lack of traffic meant it was a nice quiet place to sit vs. the hustle/bustle of the concourse. There was a main room with a few tables, chairs, and lounge chairs with desks. There was also a flat-screen TV in the main room. Off to the side was an unused bar area with coffee/tea available. There were also high tables and chairs here, which I used to work on my laptop standing up. The entire airport has wifi, so you use the same signal in the lounge. Unfortunately it was pretty slow... but at least it's free. There was also a very decent selection of magazines for you to read,. Finally the big secret... there's a restroom here that hardly anyone uses, and thus is very clean. I would definitely rather sneak in here than to use the public restroom just outside in the concourse. So, in terms of the value it provides to Dayton Airport, the BTC would get 4 stars. But I feel like I have to compare it to other airline lounges, and this (along with limited hours... M-F 6am-6pm) is where it drops a star. Great concept though.
