Super friendly staff that greets you right away. Tonight, our family of five had four employees come right up to serve us making our wait next to nothing. Some of us got cups while others got waffle cones. We all got different flavors (which were also different flavors from our first visit) and everyone was so happy with their desserts. First visit was earlier in the evening so we sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the warm fall weather. Tonight, we sat inside and enjoyed our ice cream treats. It's a further drive from our hometown DQ but it's certainly worth it every time!

Ducky's is a great option for ice cream and other cold treats. I got the Bayou Blast with Heath bars. The ice cream and topics are both high-quality - leading to a delicious combo. And the "small" size was HUGE. My son got a kids twist cone which he happily ate. My wife and father-in-law both got hard ice cream in waffles cones (both commenting that the waffle cones were good). This is a great option for ice cream and a welcome addition to the Troy area.

Not just another ice cream place!…read more I can't really find the words to describe this place. So, I'll tell you what they do. They make all their own ice cream right there...in the basement. The flavors are unique to them and if you can't decide...they will be more than happy to give you a sample. Understandably, they don't always have every flavor for sale that they make since there is only so much room. But that's ok...go back!!! The prices for ice cream are amazing for the amount you get...and it keeps me coming back every time I'm in town! Plus, you can buy a quart, etc. to take home!!! They can do special orders as well. But not only do they sell ice cream, they have lunch meals as well...so now you have an excuse to have lunch and dessert! I can't complete this review without talking about the staff. They are always friendly whether you are a new customer or a returnee. They treat you like family, always have a smile on their face and may even joke around. It is a very welcoming atmosphere. So, if you in the area...stop in! You won't regret it! Have fun! They give a military and uniformed discount! Thank You!!!

They gave her a Coffee ice cream base with brownie and Heath bar bits and a chocolate drizzle. She says it was very tasty. My sweetie got some thing about cheesecake, and she enjoyed it. Cheesecake fantasy. She says it's delicious. She wasn't really in the mood for chocolate, so the berries and the graham cracker crust with the cheese cake flavored ice cream hit the spot. It's still the back end of summer so cold ice cream on a warm but not too hot day is delicious. The service was friendly and engaging. We sat out front in the shade and the warmth and had a great time. I was really surprised about the prices. They were very remarkably reasonable.

Our boys' ice cream was accidentally made without the Oreos, and while mistakes happen, what impressed us most was how Tiffany handled it. She also mentioned how hard the team works to keep the restaurant clean, especially the restrooms, and I have to agree the bathrooms were spotless and very well maintained. Tiffany was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. It's employees like her who make people want to come back. Great food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant.
