First time coming to this DSW location and the staff are very friendly. They greet you when you enter the store and ask if you need help. Since my transaction was easy I just gave them my phone number and got my points right away. There are current sales right now and items with a green do is 50% off. So my shoe donations can be used on anything including clearance items. This makes it a super great deal. Took my time browsing for some new boots for Fall weather. They have new items in stock and if you don't find it in store you can order it to ship to your home or to the store for later pickup. That's why I like coming to DSW. Always a good time.
