Food is excellent. Service is great. Have never had a bad meal. Always ordered out but looks great to eat in.

I came here so many times growing up, I used to walk and bike down the road and grab a slice of pizza with friends. My family sometimes would order from here when we would return from a long trip and wanted Pizza or a Sandwhich after a day on the plane. My recent trip here left me sad, and disappointed. I brought my partner here when visiting home saying "it reminds me of my past times". The slices were mediocre in size, the serving of fries we got was barely a handful or could be considered a basket. Hardly a sharable size. We also were missing toppings as we ordered the Tony Roni fries and when we said it was missing toppings such as parmesan cheese the girl at the register stared at us and asked "does it get that?".... I will probably be back because it is home, but truthfully if you have other options I would advise of it. I hope the service and quality of food get better with time. read more

Very convenient location. I love how you can choose from many different types of pizza even if you just want a slice or two. Their pizza is one of the best in the area. Not sure who the lady was that took my order but she was extremely rude and did not care for any customer.. I ordered 20 wings, 1 Lg pizza with pepperoni/mushrooms/sausage. She told me $63.00. My nose almost bled so I asked her are you sure? She said rudely YES! You asked for 3 toppings. My response, No thank you Mam. I can take my business elsewhere. That's the most expensive pizza ever! I e-mailed Tony Roni's because I needed a catered lunch for 50 people for my office. Allison was able to help me with everything and I loved that I was able to communicate through e-mail. It made it easier for myself and my boss who needed to pay for the catered lunch. They even offer a set up fee which I think is worth it! $40 for all paper ware, utensils, sternos, wire racks, etc. It was great!!! We ordered a ton of food: 3 types of salads (caesar, garden, anti-pasta), meatballs, sausage and peppers, classico chicken, penne with sauce, baked ziti, tomato pie & Stromboli tray, cookies, brownies, and sodas!!! Everything was a big hit!!! My favorite was the salads and classico chicken. The Stromboli was delicious as well! We got to pick two: Italian Meats and Cheesesteak! All the food is gone, people even went in for seconds. Allison and her team did a wonderful job. The guy who delivered the food was able to set everything up in a timely manner and he was early! This is much appreciated. We definitely plan on using their catering services in the future! read more

If you are looking for horrible pizza that never gets the order right, Tony Roni's is the right place for you. It used to be called Tony A's, but I don't know why they changed it to Tony F's because this place is awful. It's 2021 and this place still has a gumball machine, it's actually embarrassing. This used to be one of my favorite places for pizza! What happened?! Now it's fine if you have an endless amount of time. It happened twice now, where the person taking orders, tells you an amount of time, arrive and it's not ready. If you tell me 20 minutes, then that's when it should be ready! I shouldn't have to wait another 10+minutes. If it's going to take longer, fine, but the person on the phone should tell you that. I asked a worker(?) if my pizza was ready, and he responded with some rude answer like, "I don't even know who you are." Who is the customer in this situation?! This place has gone way down hill. Ordered takeout tonight, was told my order would be ready in 35 minutes, tracked it online just to be sure. When we got home (all of a 5 minute drive) all of our food except one pizza was ice cold. Called the store as I thought they would like to know and was met with an extremely rude and pompous manager - assuming it was Maria R. Given the review responses here. She not once apologized, offered no solution and insinuated it was our fault. "You ordered online, we made your food - what is the problem?!?" was her response. The level of service was despicable. On most visits the food is above average. Fortunately my most recent visit I was overcharged for a cheesesteak that was not made right. Cashier seem to cover her mistake by saying it's the same as another item however the price could be not be found on the menu. She acknowledged that an error occurred and asked for help to make a correction in the price. and an inexperienced cook indicated this is the same price. If you want to run a business with return customers you should do the right thing by following prices on the menu and not pocket the extra money If prices have recently changed you should have told me at the time the order was processed. I questioned the price after viewing your menu in front of the cashier. Why couldn't the cashier express to me prices have increased? It's simple and it's good customer service to do so. read more

Giving 5 stars for pizza is tricky. There are a lot of good pizza places, but not many great ones. For what it is, a strip mall eatery, Tony Roni's is truly excellent. Whether you get traditional pizza, tomato pie or a sandwich, you can't go wrong. My fav thing to do is jam a few pieces of the free sample tomato pie in my mouth while I'm waiting to order. :D Speaking of Tomato pie, theirs is much different from Corropolese. TRs is thinner and crispy-bottomed while Corropolese is more like a soft sicillian. Both are excellent, but the two are like apples and oranges. For sandwiches, I've had great luck with the buffalo chicken cheese steak. Good stuff. The staff is friendly and thankful for your business. Something that is oddly missing from most restaurants. So if you're looking for a quick inexpensive lunch or dinner with no frills...Tony Roni's should fit the bill. read more

Tony Roni's is one of the absolute best in our area for Pizza and Italian food. Everything is fresh. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The service is fast and efficient. The price is right! I used Tony Roni's in Spring House to cater my company's Holiday Party this year. The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. The delivery and set up was done in a professional and pleasant manner. The food was beyond phenomenal. Everyone was raving about it. I heard from many that they couldn't believe a "pizza joint' could put out such amazing, high quality, food. They were really impressed. This location is a joke.... Even after repeatedly advising them that delivered orders are incorrect, that staff is not reading the slips, that the food is not prepared correctly, it continues. So in that regard they are consistent and consistently a joke. Its a waste of money buying from them and you should just pass them by.. Ordered from here several times and never had an issue until tonight. Tonight I ordered the same pizza that I've been ordering. I noticed that they were charging me more money than before and when I questioned the person ringing me up about it he was very rude to me. His answer was that's what the computer says. I told him that's not an answer and you just lost a customer. I hope the two dollars that they were over charging me for was worth losing a loyal customer. It wasn't the money that bothered me It was the principal. There pizza isn't the best quality. There's better pizza restaurants to go to who are honest and who will not over charge you. RUBBERY RIPOFF. We stopped going to this Tony A's two years ago when we witnessed a cook picking up food which fell on the floor and using it on a pizza. That same week our neighbor witnessed them spraying Windex (over a pizza!!) to clean the display case glass. No more food from there we said. Well, now two years later we thought we'd give it another chance. We had a $2 Yelp coupon to further motivate us. I go in to pick up the ordered pizza, show them the Yelp coupon on my phone, and they proceed to mark it as "used". They then wanted to charge me $1 more than the price quoted over the phone!! When challenged they said if I wanted to use the Yelp $2 coupon they couldn't apply the "Tuesday nite $3 discount". (So why did they invalidate the Yelp coupon?) UNBELIVABLE! So much for the value of the Yelp coupon. (I paid the "Tues night" price.) Now for the worst part: The pizza was rubbery and undercooked. So, for my efforts at giving them a second chance I've been rewarded with incredibly unethical people serving poor quality food (and probably with the same unsanitary methods). Next time I expect a banner over the shop: "WELCOME BACK SLOW LEARNER". read more

Horrible service is all I have to say. The food isn't even good enough to make up for the lack of customer respect. When I asked what the soup of the day was, the female brunette cashier pointed to the board and said "It's over there" in a rude and condescending tone. While ordering, she kept saying "what else do you want" with glazed eyes as if she wanted to get it over with. The food was alright, nothing special. The pizza was large and hot but not as cheesy. I've only been here twice -- both times to get the "Sinatra" tomato pie for takeout -- and both times the pie was terrific and the ladies and gents working behind the counter very friendly. There is someone I spoke with a lady who was rude when asked about delivering she insisted she was not going to have her driver deliver a small pizza because it would be a waist of time for the driver ? I've gone here numerous times on my lunch break at work and found the food to be alright, not out of this world, but good enough. Best spot in the area for a quick lunch. They offer a loyalty program so every 10 lunches you get one, and it adds up quickly with how addicting their slices are. The buffalo chicken and honey Dijon pizza are both phenomenal and can't be missed. All in all a great lunch spot. read more
