Beautiful new space just a couple of doors down from the old location in the strip mall with Trentwood! More display cases for cakes, cookies, cannolis...they also added some really good looking pizza (ricotta and spinach, hot honey pizza, etc.) and subs, as well as some seating area. I have experienced some questionable customer service here recently. As a loyal customer for many years, I have placed many orders, made many purchases and never had a complaint. Until my most recent visit, when I believe I was served the incorrect cannolis. My wife only likes the ones made with Italian cream and I only like the ones with ricotta. During this visit, I had ordered ricotta, and we both agreed that these were Italian. She grew up in the area, but we now live an hour away and did not try it until we got home. This was a Saturday near close, so upon calling when they next opened we explained the situation and they said there was nothing they could do since we had left the store. What could we have possibly done differently in this situation? The least they could've done was say sure I'll give you a store credit, it was 2 or 4 cannolis. I'm not sure that was worth losing a loyal customer over. This was after also after significantly reducing the sizes of the lobster tails. I do like the cake, but is not worth going out of our way for this anymore. read more

Always love the mini tartes we get here! My mother in law introduced me to them when I moved here. She brought them to our Easter gathering just recently and they were amazing as usual! Wow, just wow, so much tasty goodness in one little place. I was distracted on my way into the grocery store when I saw this shop and then I was just in awe when I went inside. So many different types of pastries and cakes and of course cannoli! It's just hiding in a little strip mall. There were several cases of goodies all in this little shop. The staff were super friendly and answered all my questions, and let me stand and stare as long as I wanted while I was deciding and thinking I wanted to take one of everything. Don't worry, I was well-behaved and let people that knew what they wanted go in front of me. Given the name of the place I had to try some of the cannoli. Then there was the lobster tail which is always one of my favorite pastries. I picked up two different types of cannoli, a sicilian with the nuts and the original italian with the chocolate chips. The cheesy cannoli filling was just right and not too sweet. The pastry part was light and crispy but not the shatter and fly everywhere when you take a bite level of crispy, just right. The lobster tail filling was sweet and creamy with the nice light puff pastry style shell. I will have to be back to try more. Definitely check it out if you get the chance! read more

I've visited this location several times and have noticed over multiple visits that the taste of various items have become increasingly sweet. This detracts from the overall flavor, which I have come to enjoy from Tony Cannoli. I would recommend cutting back on the sugar. read more

Tony's cakes are a work of art. My 14 year old granddaughter has a birthday coming up. When I asked her what kind of cake she wanted she said I don't care as long as it's from Tony Cannolis. Not bad. We got 3 pastries(an eclair, lemon tart, and a cannoli) for about $9-10. The eclair and cannoli were amazing.
