"Tim, I gotta be honest here, you guys have fallen through on your obligations 3x now, what do you think we should do?" "Well, uh, I think it best we not do the work after all." We had to call Seth prior to the scheduled date due to the issue getting worse. He rearranged the crew's schedule and got our issue taken care of as soon as the weather permitted.
