As an example of above-and-beyond, he even painted a semi-rusty outside fuel gas line (which had been seen many times by others) to reduce the likelihood of additional corrosion. Service was done early in the C-19 quarantine period and my wife was very concerned about having outsiders near our kids. Walter called about 20 minutes before the appointment to "prepare" us for his arrival. When he did arrive, and without asking, he had anticipated our uncertainty and was fully masked and gloved - made us feel very safe in these unusual times. While Walter's business is new, he has been in the industry for a long time and his experience shows. Unlike others who seem determined to absolutely price gouge urgent-need consumers like me, Walter is focused on safe, very high quality, work at very fair pricing.
