The best part about these guys, their initial service fee is not outrageous, like I see with most others appliance services. The service tech they sent, Jerry, although a young man in his early 20s, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Luckily, my furnace only needed an adjustment to the gas pressure to place it back in normal operating mode. So my initial fee covered his visit and the adjustment, unlike other vendors I've used in the past where they look for things that they can charge you more or say they're about to break, just to charge you more money for the service. My husband contacted Nemcheck for a service call and they were able to come out in a very timely manner. Due to our AC unit being located under the deck, and the fact that it was 24 years old, it was running constantly, and it was determined that there was an issue. It was more cost-effective to purchase a new AC unit. The technician was very thorough in explaining what our options were. Rob came to determine where we would like our new AC unit , to confirm the AC unit we wanted , and to take measurements also . Again, he was very thorough in going through the options and what was going to happen with the install. After ordering the unit, the Nemcheck team arrived for our scheduled install. The whole team was very friendly, respectful and working hard all day. My husband and I are thrilled with our AC unit and would absolutely utilize Nemcheck Heating and Cooling in the future. They always help me when I'm trying to repair my furnace. Instead of trying to just sell me…read moresomething, they'll ask questions to make sure I'm getting the correct parts to fix the issue. They were sending electric heaters out to people that were waiting on service so they could stay warm. They've let me try things before I've paid for them, just to make sure it would work. If they don't have the part, they'll tell you of another business that might have it. There is no better company or customer service anywhere else.
