Sadly the person who ordered these horrific flowers may not have read any reviews. The arrangement was less than satisfactory and customer service is/was HORRIBLE. The so called manager took zero interest in resolving my dissatisfaction although I called and sent photos with a half hour of receiving. Clearly not interested in customer retention either!

Wilted blooms, just a few roses

AVOID THIS PLACE -YOU CAN DO BETTER AT THE GROCERY STORE YOURSELF I ordered an XL arrangement that clearly shows an abundance of roses (i see 8 so 12 is a reasonable total assumption) and we received a medium-ish arrangement that is in no way similar. Only a few roses and wilted blooms. When I tried to work out the issue with customer service, rather than trying to deliver what I wanted/paid for, a rude woman sent someone to pick up the flowers!

Sent an arrangement to my mother who recently had a funeral in Nashville and she absolutely loved them. She said they were the most beautiful arrangement she's ever seen and it also smelled so heavenly. I ordered all the way from California and they delivered the exact same day, matter of fact within hours. I would recommend this flower shop because they are quick easy to use and have the most beautiful arrangements.

We used this florist for a funeral, the spray was beautiful. I honestly don't know what some of these people are complaining about. Store is under new ownership. Please see for yourself from my picture.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this florist. Tom's Florist was randomly chosen by 1-800 Flowers to make my wife's Valentines arrangement and It was horrible. I could have done better going into Kroger and doing it all myself. This was a $85 waist of money. I'm extremely disappointed. Received a bouquet of flowers from this florist for my birthday a few weeks ago. The person who made the bouquet did a great job ARRANGING them but the quality of the flowers were horrible. As soon as it was delivered, I immediately had to take several of the flowers out as they were dead, wilting and shriveled up. They seriously looked like they had been bought from the discount section of the grocery store florist department.... you know, the flowers that are on their last leg so you get them for a fraction of the original cost. I tried calling the store to give the feedback to the owner or manager about the quality of the arrangement, as I'm sure it was very expensive. I also wanted to give the owner the benefit of the doubt incase someone working there had made the arrangement without the owner's approval. It's now been over 3 weeks with no call back so I'm going to say, don't waste your money at this establishment and go elsewhere for a bouquet!

I placed an order for a friend who was in the hospital. I went online to select the arrangement that I wished to have delivered. I contacted the florist directly and placed my order. The order was delivered within one hour. As soon as the flowers were delivered I received a thank you message and a photo of the delivery via text message. One of the guest who was visiting my friend took a picture of it and also told me the vase was cracked. The vase was not leaking, but it was cracked. I was very disappointed in the overall presentation of the arrangement because it was not presented the way it looked on the website. I contacted the florist to inform them that I was not happy with the arrangement. The lady who answered the phone advised me that Lillys take time to open. I told her the Lillys opening was not the issue, but the overall arrangement looked like I put it together versus a professional florist. As you can see from the photos below it looks very thrown together and does not look like someone put the time, effort and care into putting together a great arrangement to brighten someone's day who's in the hospital. I am incredibly disappointed in the craftsmanship. The customer service was decent. When I contacted her to ask them to send a replacement arrangement she would not do so. She did offer to send a new vase since the vase was cracked. I did not want them to take the flowers and give me a credit because my friend would've been left without any flowers and she might've wondered why they came and took her flowers away. So overall this was not a great experience. What should have been simple was unnecessarily complicated. I would never use them again and I would recommend you proceed with caution if you plan on using their services.

My husband order an all green flower boutique for me for Valentine's Day. Instead i got mostly yellow flowers. Some of the flowers were already dead and I had to pick them off. I sent the pic to my husband of them and he was not happy. He called and wanted a refund and they said the ONLY way they would refund the cost would be if they came and picked up the arrangement on Valentine's Day! So needless to say he went with us just keeping the flowers than me being embarrassed at my work. He has used them before several times but this will be the last time for sure. It was horrible customer service. Also they have better arrangements at Kroger or for half the cost of these. Stay away from them.

NOT FOR PROM!!! $41.16 for a coursage 5 tiny roses and hardly no ribbon. Pathetic!!! Will never use them again!

Canceled day of delivery for funeral, 8 mins prior to close…read more A friend's father passed away suddenly and my wife and I wanted to do something nice since we couldn't attend the funeral. Friday, I went online to look at the different florists and their offerings. Flower Pot offered a nice flowering plant, something the family would enjoy given the father's love for gardening. I chose Flower Pot because they were open later (2pm) than others on Saturday and I wanted to ensure there were no issues with their delivering. I received a confirmation email. My wife asked me on Saturday afternoon if the plant was delivered so I checked my email for the typical delivery confirmation. Instead I saw a cancellation email at 1:52pm noting the store was closed, and a charge to my credit card. No phone call or anything but 8 minutes prior to the scheduled close time, my order was canceled. I tried to call around 2:30pm, the voice mail started, and then cut me off mid-message. I was out of options until Monday since Flower Pot was the last to close in the area. Monday was too late for a Saturday funeral...and nobody from Flower Pot has since called to explain or apologize. I was so upset I was beyond words at how helpless we were and failed to be there for our friend with a token of love in his time of need.
