On there website it shows you amazing flowers and flowers vases when you order it they r like toys very embarrassing to give as a gift and the guy there I guess the owner is very very nasty I don't think he got the southern hospitality Would not recommend this flower shop to my worst enemy read more

What we ordered was for a funeral. It was supposed to be a pretty wicker basket, 21" wide and 16' tall and have a mix of plants, red flowers, and a peace lily. What we received was a substantially smaller (less than 12") round ceramic pot. The entire thing from top to bottom was dark green (including the pot). There were no flowers, not a ribbon, or shred of color. It took them days to call me back (after a phone call and two text messages with pictures). A week after the funeral, the owner offered to swap it out (go to the deceased person's family and take away flowers and give them different ones???) The "card" that was included was a folded up piece of paper. The owner did finally say he would reduce the charge, but did not apologize. The arrangement was not nice, the owner was not nice, don't waste your money--very disappointing. read more

I ordered flowers through an online florist and Murfreesboro Flower Shop was the local floral company they used. We ordered an $85.00 "premium" bouquet. What we ordered online was NOT what was received. The bouquet we ordered was full of yellow roses, white and yellow carnations and described as a "joyful" burst of yellow-the recipients favorite color. What was received did not reflect the online picture at all. The flower arraignment that arrived had 4 yellow roses, 3 white lilies and what looked like yellow Gerber daisies. The received bouquet was puny and full of green leafy filler. I understand the vendor cant always match the picture with exact flowers, but at least try! When we contacted the online florist they offered 30% off the flowers. The recipient was pleased with the flowers received (we didn't dare show her a picture of what we ordered) so we let it go. Within 2 hours, Murfreesboro Flower Shop went back to the recipient's house and took the flowers back! Not only did they take them back but the driver lied, telling the recipient they'd return that afternoon to bring another bouquet. Surprise, not only did they repossess the original bouquet but they never returned with another flower arrangement. This bouquet was a Birthday gift so not only were her flowers repossessed but its been 2 days and no one has returned with new flowers. Picture posted of what was ordered and what was received. Buyer beware. read more

SERVICE: POOR SELECTION: LARGE ONLINE SELECTION VALUE: VERY EXPENSIVE FOR SUCH POOR QUALITY I normally use an online florist, but wanted something special for a funeral last weekend. I requested a spray that was beautiful, full & fresh. Instead they sent wilted flowers. I took a photo that I sent to the manager who was both defensive & condescending. He said "The flowers were supposed to look like that". WHAT?? His solution was to offer me $5 off the cost!! (approximately 3%). I told him to keep it!! How insulting!! What he DID NOT DO was offer an apology, nor did he offer to replace the flowers. I was offended by his offer, his attitude & his total lack of sensitivity to my concerns!! I've never experienced such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FLOWERS OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM MURFREESBORO FLOWER SHOP!! read more

The BEST florist ever! David and his team are so easy and great to work with we had to order funeral pieces and 3 heart funeral sprays at a very last minute and they came through. Standing sprays were amazing but the funeral pieces were such a classy and elegant show stopper! I gave them colors and they blew my socks off for sure! I would definitely recommend them. I come from a floral background in Vegas and had to put my trust in them and I was not disappointed at all! The whole staff is so friendly and accommodating made me feel like I was part of their family! :) read more

Great service and they had a really big selection to choose from. The value was great for the amount and selection they have.

Little pricey but I haven't found or used any other florist. The arrangement I ordered was beautiful and my wife loved it.

I ordered flowers for a funeral from Leigh and they were beautiful. I will use this florist in the future!!

Unbelievable Florist!!! The team was kind, compassionate, efficient and professional. Leigh was patient and very helpful in the decision making process for my daughter's wedding flowers. She gave us web sites to look at to pick the flowers and made suggestions after listening to my daughter's vision. The entire process was stress free. The day of the event the team was almost stealth and left the venue looking like a dream. The flowers were high quality and extremely fragrant. The flowers included roses, peonies, ranunculus, hyacinths, and gladiolus with eucalyptus and other fillers. I highly recommend this florist. read more

I called and ordered a plant to be delivered for a sympathy gift. The lady sent me a picture of plant with container. Spoke to recipient and she received a poinsettia, called to complain about mixup and they went to the house and took it back after I said not to do that to someone grieving. Had a pretty heated conversation when I called back after they took back poinsettia and left the original plant. Just bad business! I wouldn't order from there if it was the last flower shop in town! read more

Murfreesboro Flower Shop - Stunning arrangement! - Florists Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

I love this place! Custom designers, flowers from out of the country, gorgeous plants and dish gardens, and more! I didn't know this little gem was right here in town. The owner has been there over 40 years and makes absolutely stunning arrangements. I love their same day delivery and that they have so many gift ideas inside the shop! Tip: always choose custom! You name your price and they fill to value. On a more serious note, if you are going through a death and need someone to help with the flowers... the casket cover he made for my mother's funeral was the most beautiful stunning piece I have ever seen. I didn't know how something like that could bring such comfort during such a difficult time. Stop in or call this cute little shoppe and become a regular- you will fall in love! read more

I have ordered through FTD several times and Murfreesboro Flower Shop handled those orders on a few of those occasions. The arrangements that they have prepared have been such abominations that I no longer order online with FTD. If I place an order, it's by phone so that they can place a note on the order for it NOT to go to Murfreesboro Flower Shop. In addition to the shoddy work that they do, when they deliver, they never knock or ring the door bell. Any time they have delivered, they just leave flowrrs on the porch and run. I guess if I was delivering flowers that looked that bad I would run, too. read more

I called Murfreesboro Flower Shop to order a corsage for my 3 year old daughter. It was her first Daddy Daughter Dance and I wanted to make sure she felt special. They were very helpful, asked what color her dress was, and described perfectly what it would look like. It was ready to go when I went to pick it up later that afternoon. It looked fantastic! They adjusted the strap to fit her wrist and it was a very reasonable price. The stag was friendly and I felt welcomed while I was there. My daughter absolutely loved it. I was so happy to see how excited she got when I gave it to her. She proudly wore it for the entire dance. I'll definitely recommend Murfreesboro Flower Shop, I'll be shopping with them again soon. read more

I'm writing this review, based on my firsthand experiences with Murfreesboro Flower Shop. I extremely concerned that I have experienced a disturbing pattern of behavior with your shop. Let me be specific. Two years ago, my wife ordered a large indoor palm plant for my home office. When she arrived to pick it up, she was told that plant was no longer available and you substituted if for a smaller lower quality palm that contained spider mites. I attempted to kill the mites, but the damage was too far gone and the plant died. Next my wife placed an order online for some flowers she needed for a wedding she was coordinated. When she got to the store she was told those flowers were no longer available and was offered some lower quality flowers instead. She refused to accept the flowers because it seemed like some sort of "bait and switch." Recently my wife's mother passed. Two close friends from out of town, sent flowers. After the flowers arrived we sent photos to the senders to thank them and in both cases, they were very surprised the plants were not the same quality and density depicted in the on-line photos. One sender requested you come and pick up the flowers up from our home because she was disappointed in what you delivered. We have ordered numerous flowers online for friends and family across the country and understand some variability is possible. In my opinion, your business practices need to be called into question. I will be making sure to share my negative experiences with you far and wide. Stop the "bait and switch" and get back to providing a high quality products as advertised. read more

I was taken advantage of because I am out of country serving in the Military. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of assorted flowers and two balloons for my mothers 70th birthday because I could not be with her and I wanted it to be special. The bouquet were delivered to her door step with NO ONE home after Leigh Mckee and I have exchange multiple emails on delivery location which was supposed to be my mom's job. On top of that the balloons were never delivered and I tried to get my money back but guess what no email back. This company is VERY lucky I am out of country or I would go there and either get my money back or get my balloons that I paid for. Extremely disappointed in the service I've received. Would not go back or recommend. read more

I would not order any floral or greenery from them again. I had my little sister pick up 10 bunches of seeded eucalyptus for an event I was planning. After work I started to make garland out of them and could only use one bunch out of TEN. the eucalyptus were so dry, wilted, and the seeds were black. How could you make anything pretty out of these?! I was so disappointed. I paid over 100$ for these and I probably only used one to two bunches. How could you sell these to your customers and think it's ok? Obviously the owner did not care. He was very short with me and didn't care to listen. The least he could've done was listen and keep his smart remarks to himself. I was not rude at all I just wanted him to know how I felt and see if he could do ANYTHING for me. But I'll remember for my next event on where to go and where not to go. read more

Even though a sign on their door stated the showroom was closed, Leigh was kind enough to show me some tropical flowers as examples. I've ordered flowers for my wife from here several times. Each time they exceed my expectations and blow her completely away. This last time I called after hours and the guy who answered the phone was very patient and helpful. I don't know why anyone would get flowers from another florist in Murfreesboro. I've been dealing with David for close to eighteen years. From weddings to funerals he has yet to disappoint me. One example of going the extra mile for his customers, which he didn't have to do is we had three deaths in our family in a two month period. The third time I was ordering flowers for a family member who had passed, I think I made a joking comment about " you'd think all the flowers I've bought you could at least send my wife some roses". Later that day my wife got a dozen roses. WOW! Customers for life. Thanks for all you do. read more

I searched several flower shops to find one that could deliver on Thanksgiving. I wanted to send flowers to a friend who lost a child so it was important she get them on the anniversary. I placed the order and received confirmation. It turns out they were closed even though my order went through. When I spoke to someone at the shop on the 27th, they were curt and unsympathetic. They asked "well do you want them delivered still or not?" I explained the occasion and the reason for my disappointment and the person replied "It must have been a glitch or something, we were closed- it was Thanksgiving." You would think someone in the flower business would understand the importance of kindness and sensitivity on holidays and sentimental occasions. There was no sincere apology or attempt to make it right. They ended the conversation by saying "I'll go ahead and cancel it for you" and hung up. read more

Called these good folks at random after 4 p.m. on a Saturday, asking for the impossible...18 individual roses for Providence Christian Lady Lions campionship basketball game that was starting in LESS THAN THREE HOURS (7 p.m.).......(my fault--I totally forgot). My first question was "What time do you close today?" The person (David, I assume), laughed and said "3 o'clock, but what do you need?". Amazing!! The flowers arrived at the game before 6 p.m., and were "beautiful", according to all the PCA Lady Lions, and the price was certainly acceptable for the high quality product, and EXCEPTIONAL service.
