I have used this florist twice in the past 2 weeks and I used them again yesterday to send a gift to a friend who'd just had surgery. I literally called them at noon and my friend had her gift and small flower arrangement by 1245. I had said it could be delivered yesterday or today but not to make a special trip just to take them. Well, I was mighty surprised when my friend texted me at 1245 to tell me she'd received them. They value you as a customer and I will continue to use them when I need something delivered locally or even if I need it sent off. Thank you, thank you is all I can say. I had the best encounter with this place. Called in and asked for some help for some flowers for a first date. Didn't want to over-do-it, but wanted something nice. I have been talking to this person for a couple of weeks and didn't want to scare them off by going overboard. I spoke to an amazing lady on the phone when I called in, but unfortunately can't remember her name. I had an idea of what I wanted, but needed some help deciding how big and what should go with it. The wonderful lady on the phone agreed with me and gave me some suggestions. The next day she delivered the flowers to our table at a restaurant near by and the person I was with absolutely loved them and couldn't quit talking about them. Having never seen any of their work in person, since we live in another State, we entrusted the "Enchanted Flower Shop" to create a very special gift for our Dear Sister's 75th Birthday, based solely off of their excellent online reviews. We ordered their "Harmony's Basket" online, and after it was delivered, Sis was completely ECSTATIC and IMPRESSED!!! This is a long overdue review. Met Susan (the owner) when I was looking for an arrangement for a VIP client. I had a limited budget but she made a pretty exotic design for the price, and my client loved it. So I ended up using Enchanted Flower Shop when we had our Grand Opening celebration. The arrangement I received was small for what I believed I paid for. The arrangement did not have a nice variety of the flowers I asked for. I purchased a lot better and less expensive arrangement from my local grocery store. Definitely not worth the price. read more

I just ordered an arrangement to be delivered, was asked what price range was, I responded with what I believed would give me a decent arrangement. I have to say, I was surprised to see I don't get as much for my dollar in Tennessee as I used to get in the expensive Washington D.C metro area. It was a very pretty arrangement. However, the flower started dying very quickly. When I checked the water level, there were numerous stems that were not even long enough to touch the water. I went through the bouquet and found at least 7 stems that were only 6 inches long. read more

I ordered a sympathy floral arrangement from this shop. I live far away so basically I just called because I like the name of the shop. But they were so nice. They really spent a lot of time with me making sure my arrangement was just right. They suggested including a little angel on it - and that was a perfect touch that really pleased the recipient, I'm told. I think the price was very fair. Susan did the florals for our wedding and knocked it out of the park! Seriously made my dreams a reality. I told her vaguely what I had in mind and she came up with the most beautiful arrangements for our ceremony, as well as my bouquet and all other florals involved with the wedding. She made such a daunting process so easy - we met once, stayed in contact regarding flower types, etc, and then she delivered on wedding day. Hubby picked up these flowers for me curbside on Saturday. By Saturday evening they were starting to drop. Sunday they were badly dropping. Today they look awful. For 70 something dollars they should last a lot longer. Terribly disappointed! UPDATE: I changed the review bc even though the flowers dropped the owner was amazing! She was so nice and you can tell they care about their customers. I will definitely use them again. They said this is the first time they used this flower supplier, I know things happen!
