We used this shop for our wedding because they quoted the best price by far in town. We sat down and talked with the owner about what we wanted and provided pictures of how we wanted the arrangements to look. 2 weeks before the wedding the owner called and informed us that the final price was $700-800 more than he had quoted knowing full well that it would be nearly impossible to find another florist that close to the wedding. The arrangements that were brought for the wedding were pathetic. They were small and looked nothing like the pictures we had provided them. We called to say the flowers were not what we had requested, the owner would only say that we could return the arrangements if we weren't satisfied. We ended up having to drive the arrangements to another florist 2 hours before the wedding to have them look somewhat presentable for the wedding. It was a horrible experience for the whole family. read more

Wow! I was a walk-in yesterday and needed some flowers for my daughter's birthday. I told the young man I wanted something fresh and colorful. He started walking through, pulling this and that. He went to the back, spent a few minutes and cane back out with a work of art. I've ordered numerous flower arrangements in my life but this exceeded them by far. This review is based upon a phone call placed from Chicago IL to Scott. Scott was too far to do the floral arrangement and deliver it to my aunt and uncle'a 60th wedding anniversary celebration. However, I told him I'd loved the arrangements posted here on Yelp for his work, and he was kind enough to refer me to A Victorian Melody Gifts, a Lewisburg florist, to whom he had made referrals with positive results in the past! I have used this floral shop's services twice (even though it was not the most convenient location for me, being in Nashville). The first time was when a friend passed away, and the second was when I had a custom head piece made for a photo shoot. Both times the service and communication were excellent, and the quality of the arrangements were PURE ART. I never thought I could be so excited about flowers! When my friend passed away, one of her family members told me that the arrangement I sent was by far the prettiest and most unique they received. My expectations were again exceeded when I used their services a second time for the headpiece. It is so easy to find a floral shop with pretty and fresh flowers, however it is not easy to find floral designers with superb creativity and an eye for what makes an arrangement exceptional!!!! read more

I would absolutely give NO stars if I could. My daughter and I met with the wedding floral designer, the owner of the shop, three weeks before her wedding. She showed him pictures and we discussed pricing and I placed the order and I gave him my credit card info. On the day of her wedding when we went in to pick up the bridal bouquet and boutonniere he acted like he didn't have any idea what we were talking about. His first question was "well did you pay me for it?". He was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNHELPFUL. After walking to the front reception desk and flipping through some papers he found her order and he just shrugged his shoulders and tried to sell me flowers out of the case. I don't see how this business stays afloat. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a florist. The bride was standing there two hours before her wedding with no flowers. Fortunately there are some wonderful florists in Murfreesboro right off the square on Maple St. who literally dropped everything they were doing and put together an amazing beautiful bouquet for her. I wouldn't recommend Flowers N' More to anyone, EVER. read more

Horrible! 1 star is too many to give to this horrible customer service.The photos and what was sent to my mother today were nothing alike, granted it does state substitutions May be necessary and I can completely understand, but this looks like something I'd buy in a grocery store. The gentleman that owns or possibly runs this establishment I had to call a few days earlier because of extra charges on my checking account and I was not made aware that these transactions needed to be done separately from my initial online order so I called just to ask and he was absolutely rude! Talked to me like what I had to ask was a waste of his time, cut me off on the phone, and treated me like I was incompetent. *** UPDATE*** After reading the owners response and seeing how he wanted to defend him/herself in a way to take away from all that I said, I called my mother and she had placed an order the following week which in turn never even made it to the recipient. As a business owner myself I have and will never talk down to a customer's definition of good/bad service. I do not make excuses for my business but most of all for my personal interaction with customers. Poor quality in service and professional conduct overall is the reasoning behind this review. Let alone the negative response I received weeks later. read more

I purchased the Deal of the Day online, but it was unable to be delivered due to a scheduling conflict. The owner called to let me know this as soon as my order came through to him, and we arranged for me to pick up the flowers. When I arrived this morning to pick them up, I was stunned by this gorgeous arrangement! He let me know he had added some extra flowers to make up for the inconvenience of having to pick them up myself, then he offered my three-year-old daughter a flower and absolutely made her day! Called from California to order some flowers for a local resident. Had the pleasure of speaking with Scott. Told him which arrangement I liked from the website pics. I asked if it would look similar or if there would need to be substitutions based on inventory availability. He took a minute to check and advised he had everything in stock. I worried about delivery being made if recipient wasn't home given potential adverse weather conditions and knowing house didn't have a covered porch. I asked if he could call ahead of time to ensure someone would be home. He accommodatingly obliged and did set up an appointment time. Flowers were delivered the very next day. Recipient thought they were beautiful and according to the pic I received, I concur. They were a very close proximity to what was reflected on-line. The flowers were beautiful and they worked with us when we needed to change delivery date. However, we have been asking for an emailed receipt since we ordered and they continue to say "emailed receipts will be sent when we get to it unless you want to pay". I was told our company would have our receipt by the end of last week and we still have not received. I called for another update and was given the same response. Frankly, I think this is poor customer service that I am being told I have to pay extra money to have a receipt given to me. read more
