However, as my mom, the original sender of of the flowers, and her local florist in Ohio who assisted my mom in arranging the original order with Rebeccas, also contacted Rebeccas in an effort to make this right, they were met with excuses as to why the original delivery was lackluster. Rebecca did reach out via text immediately after my initial review, as she did with at least one other reviewer, but customers shouldn't have to receive mediocre flowers in hopes they won't complain, especially on a social media platform. If the job was done correctly the first time, there might be rave reviews. I did appreciate the 2nd delivery, it was a marked improvement and all flowers lasted a long time however, Rebeccas did not earn my business. read more

We had just moved into a new area and our regular florist did not deliver to our new home. My husband picked Rebeccas to buy Mothers Day flowers from and chose assorted roses. He had them delivered a few days early and now that Mother's Day is almost here they are just not holding up. I was disappointed with the arrangement to begin with, just bland colors, piddly greenery and a bow. Nothing extra to bring attention or make the arrangement pop. It just looked small and washed out. When I called, I asked for yellow roses, they indicated none were on hand but some would be coming in the next day. I asked how much for 12 yellow roses and was quoted a price that also included delivery and taxes (93.00 total). I agreed to the purchase. When delivered a picture was made for me. UPDATE!!! I received a beautiful arrangement today from Rebecca's Floral. Bottom line - she made it right. Not everyone would have, but SHE did! YAY!!! A friend of mine ordered flowers for me through a 1-800 service. The local vendor was Rebecca's Floral. The order was placed on Friday, 12/4, asking for same day delivery. It was not available. It was then scheduled for Saturday, 12/5. She then learned there was no one available to "design" directly from the vendor. Monday,12/7, rolls around and I get a notification via my phone that someone was at my door. No doorbell, no knock - nothing. I opened the door to find this pitiful arrangement. I immediately took a photo and sent it to my friend, thanking her. I REALLY sent it to her so she would know what was delivered. She immediately contacted the 1-800 number along with the photo of what was delivered. They agreed it was not acceptable. I was to receive the ORDERED arrangement. I am still waiting for it. She was also told she would get a $15 credit for her trouble. She received an email from the local florist through the 1-800 flower company stating the arrangement was appropriate for what she paid - $85.85. Flowers were $47.99 (on sale), $19.95 service fee, $9.99 delivery fee, plus tax. Both she and I have reached out to Rebecca's. Answering service. Crickets. Approximately 18 months ago I placed an order through them for delivery. Similar issues, but at that time I was able to speak with the owner. I told myself to never use them again. I ordered flowers for my granddaughter's 1st birthday party from Teleflora. They were supposed to be in a baby block and have Gerbera daisies and ribbons entwined among the roses and other flowers. Perfect for a 1 year old girl! Instead, I got roses and snapdragons in a clear square vase. No ribbons, no daisies. Perfect for a grandmother's birthday! The flowers seemed fresh, but this was not what I ordered. Note - I had to buy the most expensive bouquet for delivery to Spring Hill where I live, so it should have been a very full bouquet. When the flowers arrived, I expressed my dissatisfaction that they were not what I ordered and tried to refuse them. The driver called her boss and said I should take them and call the shop and they would work something out. I called the shop twice, but never got past the answering service where I left two messages. This morning I still have not received a call back and was charged full price for this floral arrangement. I have done business with this shop 3 times so far this year, after making the mistake of trusting 1800 last year to find me a serviceable florist. When I logged on to yelp to write a review, I could not believe that the average rating for Rebecca's was 2 stars. I had to check literally 3 times to make sure that I had the right Rebecca's. Unfortunately for the good people of Franklin, their experiences with this local flower mart have not been nearly as pleasant as mine. After receiving, without question, the worst flower experience of my entire life thanks to 1800-flowers, I decided to simply find a local florist and do business with them myself. It was my grandmother's 85th birthday this year (God rest her soul), so after finding Rebecca's website and reviewing their merchandise, I ordered one of their orchid plants, and wrote a note that implored them to take good care of my order. The result was better than I imagined, a gorgeous and full orchid plant that bloomed all year long and helped make my grandmother's final birthday a happy one. Next, I ordered from them a nice dish garden plant for mother's day, which exceeded my expectations and is still thriving to this day! Finally, I decided to call them up for my Aunt's birthday. The ordering experience over the phone was the most efficient conversation I have ever had, in my life so far, calling a florist. They were on it, they were friendly, they made me feel like I was in capable hands. Also, every time I have ordered something, they have confirmed with my via email, and confirmed with my recipient through a text message so as to ensure perfect delivery. I received a bouquet a roses from a friend for Valentine's Day. He ordered them days in advance. He shared he found this florist online. He chose it since it was close to my work. I would not recommend this florist. The arrangement was obviously thrown together with a lot of dead, torn and broken green foliage. The rose petals were falling off and a few stems folded over. The roses were not arranged like on the website. They looked as if someone grabbed a bunch of leaves and a dozen roses and chunked in the vase. I was not there when they were delivered or I would have returned them. I could have bought a better quality flower arrangement at the local grocery store for under $20 bucks. I shared a picture of arrangement to thank him. I think he agreed since he commented on the appearance. Neither one of us wanted to lessen the kind gesture. The good news is that the thought and act of kindness meant more than the presentation of the arrangement. read more

Our daughter had a last minute flowers glitch for post wedding dinner for about 50 people and 3 days prior, I reached out to Rebecca's for 6-8 table arrangements with a hint of something blue as a memorial piece for the groom. Tried to call several times throughout the morning and the phone just ran unanswered. We stopped by and were waved off at the door saying we needed to call. Perhaps the worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered birthday flowers over the weekend to be delivered to my best friend who had been sick. I asked for Wednesday delivery. On Wednesday just before noon I got an e-mail that said they couldn't deliver (The address and zip code were listed as in their delivery area). They claimed they had emailed the day prior, but there was nothing in my trash or spam. If they had notified me earlier I could have had someone pick them up. This place is very unprofessional!!! A friend of mine ordered flowers for his girlfriend who works with me and is also my close friend. They were to be delivered that Friday on her bday. The address was given along with the suite number and company name when ordering. Around 1pm the flowers had not been delivered, he called the florist and was told the delivery lady could not find the office (First thought do they not use GPS?!) he was assured the delivery lady was turning around and on her way. Around 230pm still nothing- he called again and was told the delivery lady couldn't find the suite that was given and went on all floors to try to find the correct office. This was a flat out LIE because no one is allowed access on the elevators without first scanning a badge in the elevator and again to enter the actual office once upstairs. All of the main offices are on the first floor labeled by suite number and company names. It would be almost impossible not to easily locate the correct suite. He was told she found an office who said they "thought" my friend worked for them so the flowers were left in that suite (But she couldn't provide the suite number) The flowers were missing!!! And it was 330pm He had me contact the florist the following Monday the owner was VERY rude and nonchalant she basically said we could come pick up a new arrangement that day!!! Huh??!! Meanwhile somehow the company in which they were delivered found our suite and told the front desk lady they realized the flowers didn't belong to their employee and called the florist several times and left msgs with no response. I called again and explained my friends bday had come and gone she couldn't get her special day back. The owner had the nerve to say she would send the delivery lady out to get the arrangement and deliver it herself to the correct suite- The flowers had sat all weekend and were no longer fresh. She didn't offer a new arrangement to be delivered or refund his money. When I got done with her she delivered a new arrangement but was EXTREMELY rude about it! If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I would NEVER ever order from this florist. Sorry for the long review, I was just so blown away by the lack of interest in making their screw up right and being accommodating knowing and acknowledging they made mistake after mistake. read more

I ordered 2 small items from this shop. It was the first time I had ordered anything from them so I thought I would give a small florist shop a chance. The staff was not friendly, not polite. Flowers died quickly and were just so so. If you are a struggling florist, every impression counts. If you frown and don't reach out to a customer, it speaks badly of you right at the get go -regardless of the quality of your product. I may have to pay more elsewhere (i.e. Franklin Flower Shop) but I am ALWAYS treated nicely and respected as a customer there. Work on your people skills. Be kind. Smile. It goes a long way. read more
