When we asked the owner if she could help us with a Chinese Holly she stated "I don't carry anything like that" I asked if Chinese Hollys were typical for this area because the boyfriend just had a new house built and the builder couldn't tell us what type of shrubs they were. So we told her we weren't for sure if it was an actual Chinese holly but asked to show her a picture of it to see if she could identify it and she stated "it wouldn't be any use, because I don't carry anything like that". When I asked if they were typical around this area she didn't answer and said a bigger nursery should be able to help you. My boyfriend and I are not experts and that's why we came to a nursery to ask for help and point us in the right direction even if she doesn't carry anything like it, it would have been great if she could just tell us if it was even a holly bush or a boxwood. Her demeanor was very rude and she acted as if she didn't want to help us. Not a great way to do business. Definitely won't be stopping back by here.

The fuel line was 5/8 on one end and half inch on the other. The first time i went in I was there for 30 minutes while they were trying to get in touch with Badboy as they did not have it in stock and was not familiar with it. I left and said call me once you have it. 2 days later they did and I paid for it and when it arrived a week later at my house it was nowhere close to the right fuel line. I brought it back, brought in the original fuel line for me to again sit for 30 minutes, had the guy take pictures at every angle and measure its length and said get back to me. 2 days later I had to call only for him to say he tried calling (my phone had no record of it) and that Badboy kept giving him the same part number as the one I brought back. Bottom line is that Badboy couldn't tell me the correct part and hwy 96 lawn and garden who was a servicing agent for them could not help either not to mention the slow service and response. I ended up rigging up my own fuel line

They are always slow, 4-6 weeks for any repair I've needed. This past winter I asked them to look into why it wasn't charging well. They picked it up in November 2024 and I didn't get it back until March 2025. They said the batteries were fine at that time ( I had replaced them 16 months prior), it was a bad charger. So I paid for a new charger. I used the mower one time and it would not run. The guage showed a full battery charge, but it wouldn't run. Sent it back to them and it took a month for them to tell me the batteries were bad. When they brought it back to me they did not bring my charger back. In March when I told the woman on the phone I needed it back ASAP because I'm 67 yo widow and I had to push-mow while the rider was in the shop, she was surly and said push-mowing was better. When I logged on to yelp to write a review, I could not believe that the average rating for Rebecca's was 2 stars. I had to check literally 3 times to make sure that I had the right Rebecca's. Unfortunately for the good people of Franklin, their experiences with this local flower mart have not been nearly as pleasant as mine. After receiving, without question, the worst flower experience of my entire life thanks to 1800-flowers, I decided to simply find a local florist and do business with them myself. It was my grandmother's 85th birthday this year (God rest her soul), so after finding Rebecca's website and reviewing their merchandise, I ordered one of their orchid plants, and wrote a note that implored them to take good care of my order. The result was better than I imagined, a gorgeous and full orchid plant that bloomed all year long and helped make my grandmother's final birthday a happy one. Next, I ordered from them a nice dish garden plant for mother's day, which exceeded my expectations and is still thriving to this day! Finally, I decided to call them up for my Aunt's birthday. The ordering experience over the phone was the most efficient conversation I have ever had, in my life so far, calling a florist. They were on it, they were friendly, they made me feel like I was in capable hands. Also, every time I have ordered something, they have confirmed with my via email, and confirmed with my recipient through a text message so as to ensure perfect delivery. This place is great, and I highly recommend calling them up for flower business. Thank you Rebecca for being so reliable, helpful, and professional. Keep up the great work!
