When we asked the owner if she could help us with a Chinese Holly she stated "I don't carry anything like that" I asked if Chinese Hollys were typical for this area because the boyfriend just had a new house built and the builder couldn't tell us what type of shrubs they were. So we told her we weren't for sure if it was an actual Chinese holly but asked to show her a picture of it to see if she could identify it and she stated "it wouldn't be any use, because I don't carry anything like that". When I asked if they were typical around this area she didn't answer and said a bigger nursery should be able to help you. My boyfriend and I are not experts and that's why we came to a nursery to ask for help and point us in the right direction even if she doesn't carry anything like it, it would have been great if she could just tell us if it was even a holly bush or a boxwood. Her demeanor was very rude and she acted as if she didn't want to help us. Not a great way to do business. Definitely won't be stopping back by here.

They are always slow, 4-6 weeks for any repair I've needed. This past winter I asked them to look into why it wasn't charging well. They picked it up in November 2024 and I didn't get it back until March 2025. They said the batteries were fine at that time ( I had replaced them 16 months prior), it was a bad charger. So I paid for a new charger. I used the mower one time and it would not run. The guage showed a full battery charge, but it wouldn't run. Sent it back to them and it took a month for them to tell me the batteries were bad. When they brought it back to me they did not bring my charger back. In March when I told the woman on the phone I needed it back ASAP because I'm 67 yo widow and I had to push-mow while the rider was in the shop, she was surly and said push-mowing was better. No compassion. Poor service. Questionable knowledge.

There is nothing posted on the website in regard to a cutoff time for same day delivery. Leanne proceeded to tell me that they will not be delivering today either. She could not give a reason why. Upon my questioning why I was charged for same day, flowers were not delivered, why it wouldn't be delivered today, Leanne decided to just cancel my order completely. This is very unprofessional. I was not irate or disrespectful with her. She wanted to blame Teleflora, in which I did not use that website. And even if it were a fault of Teleflora, she decided to partner with them so is still responsible. A reputable business would have, at the very least, apologized and attempted to get the order out today. I do not recommend this business at all.
