I came to the sip and stroll with my dear friend who just moved to the area, she said she always wanted to pop in the shop, but never had time when she was downtown. She said she had received several beautiful bouquets from them. We both found many wonderful treasures in the shop. I don't live local, but this shop is a must when I am in town next. After returning home, I noticed an overcharge on an item. I called the shop, and it was handled promptly and professionally by Kim. Both Kim and Mindy are the sweetest. Both reminding me why it's important to get out and support small businesses, and not just shop from Amazon I bought the cutest candy corn socks for my self and a girlfriend. We volunteer at a local animal rescue, we dress the pups up and take them out on field trips in the community. Not sure how we didn't have Halloween socks yet. But thanks to this wonderful boutique- now we do!!! Plus, an adorable coffee mug that I use all the time, and reminds me of my wonderful trip to see my bestie and the great Sip and Stroll event. There were no flowers, not a ribbon, or shred of color. It took them days to call me back (after a phone call and two text messages with pictures). A week after the funeral, the owner offered to swap it out (go to the deceased person's family and take away flowers and give them different ones???) The "card" that was included was a folded up piece of paper. The owner did finally say he would reduce the charge, but did not apologize. The arrangement was not nice, the owner was not nice, don't waste your money--very disappointing.

We asked for a large bouquet and got instead a small bouquet We asked for a bouquet in a bouquet holder and got instead a hand-tied bouquet We asked for wrist corsages made in one color and received them made in two colors instead We asked for seven different flowers/leaves in the bridal bouquet; only four of them were included We ordered the bouquet 3 months in advance; on the night before the wedding, they asked the bride to order flowers for her own bouquet (on their behalf). When we suspected something was amiss, we asked the shop to not make the bouquet. They made it anyway. We want any potential customers to be aware of the experience and quality of product they might receive should they purchase at this florist. The ladies we spoke with were very kind, but may be better suited to something other than flowers. We would advise you NOT to risk your special event on this florist.

While they…read moreaccepted a last-minute order, the arrangements delivered looked significantly different from the inspiration photos and style discussed, and there was no communication beforehand that the requested look could not be achieved or that major substitutions would be made. I was also asked to pay an additional delivery fee the morning of the event that was not included in the original invoice. Most disappointing, I had to spend extra money out of pocket on additional flowers and use my own time to redesign the arrangements myself the day of the event. I also found ants in some of the flowers upon arrival. When I respectfully requested a partial refund, I was only offered a future credit. After declining the credit and asking again for a partial refund, I was blocked. I understand rush orders can have limitations, but professionalism, communication, and accountability should still be a priority. I was extremely respectful I paid the full remaining balance upon delivery including the last minute delivery fee even though I knew I was not happy with the product when it arrived and even questioned why it looked nothing like my inspiration and was told there were no pastel flowers available hard to believe seeing that it's spring... but I still paid

Caprice also was able to work within my somewhat tight floral budget to fill up a very large room. She made it look like we spent double what we did. I especially appreciate that Caprice doesn't overcharge, even though she probably could (given her list of clientele), which shows her character more than anything else. She stuck to my budget and was able to calculate a quote on the spot so that we could make adjustments. We had the cost (just slightly under my budget) and a plan before I walked out the door, which was phenomenal! 5 Stars all around.
