I have been talking to this person for a couple of weeks and didn't want to scare them off by going overboard. I spoke to an amazing lady on the phone when I called in, but unfortunately can't remember her name. I had an idea of what I wanted, but needed some help deciding how big and what should go with it. The wonderful lady on the phone agreed with me and gave me some suggestions. The next day she delivered the flowers to our table at a restaurant near by and the person I was with absolutely loved them and couldn't quit talking about them. After returning home, I noticed an overcharge on an item. I called the shop, and it was handled promptly and professionally by Kim. Both Kim and Mindy are the sweetest. Both reminding me why it's important to get out and support small businesses, and not just shop from Amazon I bought the cutest candy corn socks for my self and a girlfriend. We volunteer at a local animal rescue, we dress the pups up and take them out on field trips in the community. Not sure how we didn't have Halloween socks yet. The person whom answered the phone was very helpful, very pleasant and processed my order expeditiously. My father had his flowers by 11am. Now that's fast service. Their website is very user friendly and I had no problems at all. I just absolutely LOVE Emma's Flowers, their outstanding customer service, and the freshness of flowers. It's received a call on Friday that I was having a poinsettia delivered to me. I asked them to put…read moreit on the front porch as we were going to be gone for a couple of hours. There was no plant on my front nor back porch. I called this morning to explain it had not arrived, and the manager, Alex argued with me that it had been delivered at 2:00PM. I told him that I needed to receive another one so that I could tell my mother about it and thank her. I offered to pay for it if necessary. He said the driver had delivered it, but that they would send a replacement " free of charge". My husband went outside to bring in a box and we saw the poinsettia down the driveway next to the road at the mailbox. When he went down to get it and to take a photograph, the new delivery gentleman pulled up. My husband told him what had happened. He apologized stating that the other driver " should not have left it there". When I called Alex back to say the mystery of the first poinsettia had been solved, he cut me off stating his driver never would have done that! I said well he did. He then argued with me that I should've been home yesterday in the first place, but that I had pushed them to drop it off. He then said, My driver left it at your door. I don't know how it ended up down at your mailbox". I said ask your driver from today. He and my husband saw it at the mailbox. He then said again they had replaced it " free of charge". He was extremely rude and defensive. Obviously, the first delivery man did not leave the plant in a safe place. That is not my issue. My concern is that the "Operation Manager" implied that I was lying about the situation. Mistakes will occur. What matters most is how they are handled. I never post reviews positive or negative. However, this was too egregious to let pass.

There is nothing posted on the website in regard to a cutoff time for same day delivery. Leanne proceeded to tell me that they will not be delivering today either. She could not give a reason why. Upon my questioning why I was charged for same day, flowers were not delivered, why it wouldn't be delivered today, Leanne decided to just cancel my order completely. This is very unprofessional. I was not irate or disrespectful with her. She wanted to blame Teleflora, in which I did not use that website. And even if it were a fault of Teleflora, she decided to partner with them so is still responsible. A reputable business would have, at the very least, apologized and attempted to get the order out today. I do not recommend this business at all.

A friend's father recently passed rather suddenly. In searching for a florist, In Full Bloom was my…read morego-to once again -- partially due to the good experience I had with them before, and also since their wide selection and reasonable rates seem to be one of the better options for the eastside. I ordered a heartleaf philodendron to be delivered to my friends' house the next day. The morning of the delivery, an employee from In Full Bloom called me to advise they did not have heartleaf philodendrons in stock. However, she offered to send a peace lily (which is more expensive) for no additional charge. She went on to explain the peace lilies they did have are larger than usual and absolutely gorgeous. So I opted for one of those in lieu of. I mentioned to her I had just spoken with my friend before speaking with her, and he had to make an unexpected, quick trip out of town for work. Fortunately, he had volunteered to me information about his wife's whereabouts, which I was able to relay to the florist. She was very willing to ensure the plant wasn't delivered until they confirmed the Mrs. was home so that this beautiful plant didn't freeze to death on their doorstep! I later heard from my friends that the peace lily is, in fact, very large and really beautiful.
